The place wasn't completely unfamiliar to her. She had babysat for the family that had lived here previously but Maggie couldn't help but give the place a curious look over nonetheless, just to see what had been unpacked.

The hand was taken without hesitation and she gave him a firm handshake. "Nice to meet you, Kavi. I hope you'll grow to like it here. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood." Or as quiet as a neighborhood in a city like this could get. Maggie at the very least appreciated it.
