[Caleb Blake is what you'd see as your average fifteen year old student. Standing under an average boy's height at 5'6, messy light brown hair and skinny as all heck.

His lazy and carefree attitude has either earned him great animosity or new friends. Either way, he doesn't care.]

[Rain - He's waiting for the bus outside the mall. He had skipped school today in order to bum around and look at the new comic books that were in. Poor choice considering the torrential down pour. He's currently standing in the bus booth with his headphones plugged in as he lazily reads through his new comic book.]


[Normal day - Caleb's at school and it's the big test today in Chem class. He got through maybe half the answers before he decided to take a nap in the middle of it. When it's about 30 minutes from ending he finally arises from his sleep, scribbles a few answers and goes to wait outside the class for his friends.]

[Monsters - Well, shit. This actually does earn more than apathy. There's full out terror as he's just backing away and looking for an escape route. Caleb's currently just armed with a lead pipe.]

Shit, I did not ask for this at all today. I must be cursed if this messed up crap just happens.

[Wild card - Surprisingly, Caleb is actually seen doing work for once. He's a cashier at the local comic book store, but he's paying more mind to his own stuff at the moment. Either drawing in a sketchbook or reading the new issue of Captain Justice.

Badass does not a good fucking story make. Lots of characters are badasses. Just 'cause a dude can punch a guy through concrete doesn't make him interesting, or compelling, or flawed. Guy can basically just save people in his sleep, how is that even remotely interesting?
