Should he enter the game, Yuri Ota shall should current intentions hold be a thirty-something-or-other-year-old writer and/or editor on the staff of a local newspaper or magazine with a laid-back and capable but somewhat dry attitude, rambunctious dog, a (classy mind you) hipsterish bent out of work, an Echo-granted affection for paper cranes, and a past life under his belt (which he'll only remember in brief) as an enthusiastic paranormal investigator's amnesiac zombie sidekick.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Yuri's got a family in Locke City, including a younger brother, college-age - apart from that, perhaps potential CR with those he might've dealt with in journalism/writing might settle precisely what type of publication it is he's on the staff of all the quicker!

Open/Wanted CR: Any friends and acquaintances he might be able to enter the game with would be lovely to have - as he'd encountered a handful of vampires, a werewolf, a selkie, a ghost (who briefly possessed him), a dabbler in magic, and quite possibly a cyborg during the brief time his canon ran, acquaintanceship with supernaturals may particularly be the fodder for something interesting.

Other Info: The first Echo I've got planned for him as I've got it planned would have occurred when he would've been possibly as young as six or seven - and if he'd have had his numbers as long as he would've in that case a bit of a hand in introduction to the network might be interesting to toy with, perhaps through seeing it accessed by another or finding himself drawn quickly into the loonier parts of the situation at hand whether by a conspicuous or troubling Echo or coming a bit too close to things for work-related matters. That's unfortunately, for now, all I've got to pose starting with!

I'm not sure what type of newspaper or magazine he'd be working at, but! If he ever needed to do a story involving anything related to the homicide department (a murder case, missing person, kidnapping, officer involved shooting, etc) or just the police in general, he could have interviewed Nick?

If I ended up throwing him in he'll be a 29 (going on 30) year-old antique dealer. I worked on his app a little and original was deciding between him or Jamie (honestopinion.) As you can see I made my decision and so here I am sniffing around, enjoying the game. Getting familiar with the speed, echo system and such. I find it rather interesting how much they change over the course of ste and echos so I'd be turning him rather stereotypically gay, similar background but that being his only connection to his past life. All the new gun tricks and jrpg flips to be fun new experiences for him. The dramatic echos not as painful as my current character either, what drama added by Houston as a person not so much Hubert.

He was in the very least bisexual in his past life, how atrocious. The drama!

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Living with his hot, rich, old boyfriend in his classy apartment up on the hill where the beautiful people live. He might even be a played character, we're not sure on whether we wish to apply them or not. Nonetheless, he'll have his shop in Locke City owe and gifted to him by this man he's dating. Socially Houston plays the socially charismatic intimation card well despite his broken homes.

Ken Amada || Persona 3 || probably Victor something reincarnated???

Ken Amada is from Persona 3 and he is ten years old but probably the most mature character in the series lbr??? His mom is dead and he actively tries to murder who killed her and plans on killing himself after doing so. Heavy stuff :)))) His Arcana is JUSTICE which makes him really heavy handed and I'd want to play up this in his reincarnation.

MOST LIKELY I'd have him be older, working as a prosecutor in Locke City. He'll be working on SVU cases, like rapes and molestations and etc. Which don't help his crippling depression and suicidal thoughts. He's married to his job, now that he's divorced (no kids,) and would eventually have a heart attack from other work \o/ He'll be really interested in the Echoes but MOSTLY INTERESTED IN TAKING DOWN THUNDER CORP/ETC BECAUSE WOW HE'S REALLY FUCKED UP like Batman without the costume. JUSTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUST BE!!!!!!!!!! SERVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Locke City Claudia would be a well adjusted collage student, that follows the law and certainly never hacks government secrets or electrocutes people. I'm trying to piece out what changes to her personality I'd give her if I bring her in. Doing away with some of her craziness and attachment things would be part of it. Sort of tempted to have her been in a sorority since cannon Claudia would really hate that.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's be some sort of engineering graduate student in college and have grown up in the area so she's be pretty well connected. She's 21 so I'd be going with her having skipped a year of school at some point since she's a smarty pants.

Open/Wanted CR: I love for her to have some people she already knew, like fellow students, teachers ect. It would be fun to get her to meet people that bought into magic type explanations in the beginning since she'll in all 'SCIENCE' at everyone. And playing off tech oriented people would be awesome too, maybe so teaming up to make awesome tech things that may or may not electrocute people.

Other Info: she will be turning into a magical girl via echoes and literally every single one of them that i've planned is horrible. from thinking her fairy tone is a ringpop to accidentally transforming in a really inconvenient place to losing her mind over how lovely cat paws are.

Damien is a Junior at Locke High and the quarterback of their rather unimpressive football team. Locke High has always been known for its soccer and lacrosse teams... football has traditionally been largely ignored, much to Damien's chagrin. Known as "The Demon of Locke High", Damien received his first echo upon entering Locke High; the memory of using blackmail to get what he wants. Using this new idea, he managed to secure more funding and players for the team... but he's still looking for people to join who aren't there just because they have to be. With pierced ears and dark hair dyed blonde, Damien is a badboy without many friends.

A war veteran and smooth ladies' man with a helping of arrogant asshole on one hand, kind of a goofy dweeb with a huge streak of loyalty on the other, Roy Mustang wears a lot of hats - colonel, state alchemist, douchebag. The hat he really wants, though, is the one that rests on the Führer's head. Think Batman but with much more military and genocide in his background and a hell of a lot more political ambition. And he can create fire in his hands! That's cool.

Roy Mustang (Or Raymond uuuuuh I'LL COME UP WITH SOMETHING) in Locke City is a blind small-time attorney who wants to clean up this country one case at a time! He does fantasize about running for national office, but historically the disabled have not generally done well, and he doesn't know what kind of ticket he'd be running on anyway, so he's sticking to reality for the time being. He's been integrated into a fairly reputable office, but is toying with the idea of starting his own firm. No military background whatsoever.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: A-NY-ONE. My plans are way high up in the air. But if I were to do my dream scenario, I'd love an aide of some sort that has been helping him with basic chores!

Open/Wanted CR: Roy circa STE would not be military at all... Anyone who could jog his Echoes on that front would be great! He'd still be kind of arrogant, but he does try to run a pretty reputable ship when it comes to his job, so he wouldn't be as cutthroat... at first. also i sort of would love to ship the hell out of him. please don't judge me. (ps if someone apps riza i would scream and never stop screaming!!! I'M ALWAYS A GO FOR CROSS CANON BUT RIZA HAWKEYE!!!!!)

Other Info: I really really want to play him blind from birth and slowly regaining visual memories for maximum confusion. Also I want him to have at least five ex-girlfriends. Also I just want to play a really attractive adult. Please judge me, this is the only joy I have in my life.

Anton will be a fifteen year old student who'll always have his iPhone ready to snap an Instagram if he doesn't have his actual camera, a beanie on his head, and thick-rimmed glasses he doesn't necessarily need. He'll get his first echo after getting a light concussion in a car accident that reminds him of yelling at someone while looking up at the face of a gigantic woman without skin (what. the hell, he wants to say.) He'll be studious and would get good grades, and his dream is to become a journalist or photographer for Nationwide Geographic because he wants to get out of Locke City and see the rest of the world. He'll enjoy cell phone games and handheld console games, and his current favorite thing to do will be perfecting his town on Creatures Crossing: Sapling. He'll also be a bit of a blogger.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He attends whatever public high school most people attend and has been in the public school system in Locke City his entire life, so there can definitely be schoolmate/classmate/childhood friends, and he's on the Internet quite a bit so he could have some online friends too I think? I haven't decided anything for his family but if someone wants to be the relative of a hipster, I'm all for it!

Open/Wanted CR: I don't have much in particular, but in discussing what I could do for him with a friend I crave CR with people he can be judgmental of (he'll be more quick to judge the reckless hotheaded people more than his preincarnation) and people to nerd over things with. But I'd definitely love for him to have nice friendships and good relationships with the adults as well as younger kids, too! Really, anything.

Other Info: The first Echo I've got planned for him involves a car, and the first post I've got planned for him would be from a hospital location. That's about as specific as I've gotten, but I don't have a lot else set in stone!

Elly O'Connell | Xenogears

Elly is a third year pre-med student at LCU, focusing on pediatric medicine. Extremely bright and driven, she can be a bit hard to deal with at first, given her somewhat unapproachable demeanor. Don't let that fool you, though, she's an absolute sweetheart and will kick some ass for you if the need arises. You're definitely in the right hands too, because damn that magic potential tho.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I've got Elly set to be an only child, but I'd be willing to have people app in family (from other canons, since she's an only child in Xenogears as well). Mostly, I'm looking for classmates, friends from high school (LCHS alum) or college, or possibly through interning at the University Hospital.

Other Info: Again, hard to get to know at first, but very rewarding. Apologies ahead of time if she comes off as very cold in her threading.

Michelle Velasco | Chell (Portal 2)

Character: Michelle Velasco
Pre-Incarnation: Chell

In canon: Ridiculously stubborn test subject who euthanizes cubes and doesn't afraid of anything. She escaped a deathtrap of a science facility (twice!) with just her wits and a gun that makes holes in space, and has pretty much had it up to here with AIs.

Reincarnated: In her mid-twenties. Polite, calm, laconic. Likes puzzles and long walks, and is afraid of heights. She lost her parents at a young age, but she's fairly well-adjusted, all things considered. She attended LCU and decided to stay in the city after that, and at the time she enters the game she'll be working at Prometheus, although I haven't decided exactly what her job is (not a programmer, at any rate.)

Speaking of LCU, she majored in communications because this is totally fitting for a former silent protagonist.

One of the things that's hanging me up in doing her app is that we're not given a whole lot of canon personality traits to change... but overall I guess I'm going for more toned down/more "normal" compared to Chell proper.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Co-workers? Fellow Locke U alumni? Former roommates? (though I picture her living by herself at present.) She's been in the city for a while, so there's plenty of opportunities for her to have met people.
I'm not currently looking for family for her, though.

Other Info: At some point in-game, I want her to receive the Long Fall Boots from a nasty fall of some sort. Not as her starting echo, though. I'm still trying to decide on a thing for that.

Demyx/Adam Hart (Kingdom Hearts)

Pre-Incarnation: One of the many asshole Nobodies in Kingdom Hearts, Demyx had no emotions at all. Period. He acted like a lazy bum who'd rather play music than actually do any work, but in a fight he was actually pretty kickass.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Here he will be the LCHS band teacher! 8D He's pretty chill as a teacher and his class gets a lot of lee-way in how the class gets taught/what they learn. He's also a guitarist in a local alternative band.

Open/Wanted CR: Fellow teachers, students, people from the alternative scene, anybody!

Other Info: Friend of mine is planning on apping Axel and we're being dicks and having them date for a bit (it's from a past game, don't ask) so while past SOs are ok, current probably not so much. XD

Victor Stone | Cyborg | Teen Titans (Animated Series)

Victor Stone was an all-star athlete being scouted by colleges when on one faithful night, a car crash killed his mother and left Victor barely alive. His life was saved thanks to the application of cutting edge technology that made him more machine than man. Shunned by his friends and remaining family for his freakish new appearance, Vic ran from home one night, only to not get far as he stumbled upon a super-serious half-pint, a strange fugitive alien, a troublingly morbid shadow-manipulator, and a wisecracking shapeshifter.

And well, from there, the rest is history.

STE's Victor Stone would be similar in nature - a fun-loving, if occasionally egotistical golden boy who's a star athlete and has the world on a silver platter. But obviously, he would lack the sonic technology that makes Cyborg... well, Cyborg.

Probably won't take long to change that, though.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Just about anyone. Given permission, I'm going to have Vic's role play out the same, just to it's college conclusion - he's the star quarterback for the Locke City University grumblemumbles. Which means that he'd be a pretty notable figure if you keyed into sports or went to the university (OR BOTH!)

Open/Wanted CR: CERTAIN PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED IN THIS AND THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE. Besides that, I want all your CR, lay it on me guys!

Other Info: Fair warning, Vic's echos are going to be pretty squicky when they get into OH RIGHT YOU'RE MOSTLY ROBOT territory, as most robot body horror echoes have been.

Homura Akemi was spoilers spoilers spoilers spoilers until spoilers and then she became a hardass Deagle-wielding dark magical girl with a serious obsession with preventing the main character from ever becoming a magical girl herself. She had issues.

In the present, Henrietta is a quiet loser with no particular skills, talents, or friends who spends all her time writing magical girl fanfiction and telling absolutely no one about it.

Also her app is stupidly fucking long and I'm not even done with it.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I have something vaguely worked out with another potential apper for a grimdark 90's sci fi military dad, but mostly people would probably know Homura as that weird quiet kid currently in ninth grade.

Open/Wanted CR: Magical girls. All of them.

Also, she's probably going to need some boisterous types to instill some self-confidence and get her to go out and blow stuff up do stuff.

Other Info: She's going to be changing a lot due to Echoes and hopefully getting involved in the game plot, going almost a complete 180 in outward personality if I stick with what I want to do, so be prepared for that to happen gradually.

Assuming I ever finish this app, Evelyn is a smartypants know-it-all who attends some sort of magnet/specialty high school in the city (can anyone think of a snappy alternative name for Stuyvesant?) and obnoxiously bragging about it. She thinks she knows what's best for everyone and is mad bossy and pretentious. She also works at a movie theater and as a tutor! She's got an undetermined number of sisters (I'm thinking threeish?) and her family doesn't have much money so she feels all sorts of overachiever pressure to succeed and help them out.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Sisters would be really cool!! also other family members we can do cousins or something. Classmates and coworkers and people she tutors would also all be possibilities! She probably took classes at the community college during the summer to try to rack up some college credits, so that's open to a range of student levels! Or maybe she just works at the movie theater your character frequents and once tried to show off mad movie trivia when they were just trying to buy popcorn? She also probably has a pretentious movie review blog and is always trying to one-up people on reddit or tumblr or something so people might know her internet persona.

Open/Wanted CR: Friends, rivalries, one-sided rivalries where she's determined to outdo the other person while the other person is just like "doop doop what a lovely day chatting casually with friends", people to philosophize about destiny and fate with, idk she might have a brief identity crises especially when she starts regaining Sheik memories so people to talk about that with

Other Info: She's really annoying and thinks very highly of herself because she is a teenager who believes no one can possibly!! understand!!! her feelings!!! which I hope to take her away from both as she starts regaining memories of how she done fucked up because she was too full of herself and as she realizes through interacting with other people that she's a) intolerable and b) not the smartest person in the world. People who are willing to be harsh about this welcome!

Daniel Lu/Fei Fong Wong | Xenogears

Working on the app right now, but Daniel will be an art student (not to be confused with Art Students who are pretentious buttheads) at LCU. He is a pretty good student, on the Judo team and generally likes being active and fit. He has major mommy issues due to abuse suffered as a kid that he doesn't talk about, and lives in an apartment with some roommates. He never goes home but is from out of town. He can often be seen riding around on his bicycle because he definitely doesn't have the cash for a car and is super fit. He works a part time job as well, probably McDonalds or something.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Pretty open! Obviously contact me first but I'd love to have some PC roommates for him! Fellow classmates is also good, as are other minimum wage slaves.

Open/Wanted CR: Definitely the PC roommates, that'll be a lot of fun.

Other Info: His canon and by extension his echoes are stupidly complicated, this will be the 5th time he's reincarnated based on his canon history so yeah.

Siiri differs in a few ways from Sweden. For one the obvious part of not being a nation and thus being significantly younger, but also: Being cisfemale {using her canon sexswap for her looks} and not being Swedish but Finnish. Here Is a WIP of her app so far, it already includes the reincarnated history, but to make it short, she is twenty-seven, only moved to Locke two years ago, working towards her PhD in biochemistry and also earning some spending money by working at a coffee shop. Tall, super bad people skills, but her terrifying stare aside good looking.

Also I need someone for her first echo. Basically a person who would do iceskating and piss her off so she can march towards them over the ice and headbutt them in the face. Only thing is that the person would have to be old and strong enough for it to not be condemnable for an adult woman to go over and physically attack them.
There could be some kind of fight before that, they don't necessarily have to be skating, the only important part is that she goes over the ice and headbutts them in the face.

Other Info: She would eventually echo a little fluffy dog.

Kara | Starfire | Teen Titans

Formerly an alien princess residing on earth to fight crime with a bunch of equally emotionally maladjusted teenagers and live in a giant letter T, Starfire has been reincarnated as a no longer teen titan!

Ok no but seriously, Starfire's reincarnation is a young girl named Kara who was born and raised in rural Ukraine by a family with eight or nine kids, most of whom are boys. She transferred to LCU in order to have better facilities to pursue her passion of astrophysics and managed to net an athletic scholarship thanks to being a pretty great wrestler.

She is a lot less naive since she knows how earth works now, but all of her knowledge of the United States comes from classic film and travel guidebooks sooo you can't completely escape it. It doesn't help that she hasn't been in Locke for very long, aka she arrived a few weeks before the new school year started.

Pre-Incarnation: A snarky, story-telling, rogue dwarf who narrates Dragon Age 2 and is one of the best friends of the protagonist. He's a merchant who also deals in information, and pretty much nothing happens in the city without him knowing about it. Varric's everybody's friend and will always buy you a drink - occasionally not just because everybody's tongues loosen with alcohol.

In Locke City, I'm toying with the idea of him being a mob boss. Or, well, Locke City's version of the mob, anyway, but that might be hard to handle OOCly. SO ALTERNATIVELY, the co-owner of a giant corporation with a legitimate front and shady underdealings.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His brother who he owns the company with, potentially? A whooole lot of extended family (cousins, aunts, uncles, etc) who live in and out of Locke City. Employees, people working for other companies he might have had dealings with, criminals who work with him, police?

Pre-Incarnation: The same! He's a former ATF agent who's now working for a secret branch of the government that tracks down and bags artifacts with strange powers, then stores them in a giant warehouse. Also he's a human lie detector.

I'm a little undecided on his exact reincarnation, but I think he's going to be a therapist, possibly doing counseling at LCU while getting his doctorate.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His biological sister is going to have died, I think, but possibly step-siblings? And of course all of the college CR.

Open/Wanted CR: Friends, ex-boyfriends, people he sees in counseling, professors and classmates!

Other Info: His first echo is potentially going to be an artifact with semi-dangerous powers, and I haven't decided if I want him to know about the negative side effects of it or not, so that could be fun to play with!

Ethan Landes | Syaoran Li | Cardcaptor Sakura

Pre-Incarnation: Syaoran Li | Cardcaptor Sakura

Syaoran was a kid that came to a town in Japan and demanded a book of magical artifact cards from a little girl that had no idea what she was doing. She said no, and things got weirder from there. Seriously though, he's a kid that wields a sword like a boss at 10 years old, and he's got magic and knowledge and awesome and still loses. Unfortunate.

Ethan, on the other hand, is the kind of kid that's set himself up as the guy you do not mess with, and if you're smart, you don't mess with anyone else while he's watching, or else you risk drawing him over. He's been practicing martial arts for a while, and he's got a strong sense of justice, but it's been a little cracked after his mother died a few years ago. He's over at LCMS going through school - he understands he needs to be smart to succeed, even if whatever he does uses his strength and not his brains - and plays on the soccer team there.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: One open parent slot (father). Willing to entertain at most two sibling slots, any gender or age. Aside from that, Ethan:
- Plays middle school soccer; he's probably attracted a little attention because he's actually pretty good at it. Intends to try out for the LCHS team next year.
- Has been suspended a few times for fighting; the sentence is a few days at most, because he'll only get involved to protect others (mostly), and he stops fairly quickly once he's sure his point is made.
- If you look weak or easily taken advantage of, you might find and/or have found Ethan keeping a subtle eye on you to make sure nothing bad is happening. If he knows you're weak, he will be keeping an eye on you, and maybe chatting you up every so often to make sure you're doing okay.
- Police-types: Ethan's mother was assaulted five years ago, and died shortly after being transported to the hospital. The case was linked to possible gang violence, but no arrests were made, and the case remains open - but probably refiled as cold - to this day. He's exceptionally bitter about it, but understands on some level that it's not the police's fault that they didn't find anything. Rubbing it in his face, however, is not advised. If you've been studying the case file, Ethan's name is probably in there somewhere.

Open/Wanted CR: Squishies for him to ward would be horribly entertaining. Hotheads would be also entertaining for the opposite reason. He will probably be in need of female friends for his own good. Anyone with magic would be spectacular, but I'd want to know their power source and/or attribute; CCS is infamous for matchmaking using magic types, and anyone with a lunar power source will probably find Syaoran very interested in them once he starts to Echo his magic back.

Other Info: I will be highly amused when it's about time to start giving him item Echoes; he'll be getting back his sword, and if he realizes the strips of paper he sees himself using in combat memory Echoes are in Chinese, he'll be making some of his own and seeing what, if anything, happens.

Deciding between a couple of choices. Tohru Honda and Bubbles. /so late to this it is not funny.

The sweetest girl you'll ever meet, Tohru winds up getting taken in by a family with an unusual curse. Despite being clutzy and not all that smart, Tohru's endless optimism and unexpected wisdom manage to help them through their various problems.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:
I was intending for Tohru to have some similarities in background to her canon. In this case, she just recently lost her parents in a car accident(instead of just her mom) and it's taken a few months to find some relatives that would take her. Which means that she's a fairly recent arrival to the city. But if anyone was interested in being the relative(s) she was sent to live with, that would be great.

Open/Wanted CR: Tohru will be in high school, so any students, teachers, etc. would be wonderful.

Other Info: Tohru has a ridiculous amount of patience and can get along with anyone. So she plays really well against surly, rude, or antisocial types.

Sugar, spice, and everything nice. These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girls. But Professor Utonium accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction: Chemical X. Thus the Powerpuff Girls were born!

Which you all probably knew already. For those who are unfamiliar with the canon, Bubbles is a member of superhero team dedicated to protecting the city of Townsville from various threats.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's in kindergarten, so if there are any elementary school teachers that would be awesome. Also friends, babysitters, etc. I haven't decided anything about her family situation yet, so if anyone is in need of a bratty little sister or cousin or something I'd be cool with that.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything and everything. Mostly Bubbles is just fun to play off of almost any situation.

Other Info: Still trying to work out an AU background for this one, so I haven't put too much thought into future plans yet.

Miiko Suzuhara | Animal Academy: Hakobune Hakusho

Character: Nameless cat
Pre-Incarnation: Miiko Suzuhara

Originally a bakeneko who was learning to be a human at a special school for such creatures, Miiko would live in Locke city as no more than your average stray. While still quite a young cat, she has since separated from her mother and does more or less what you'd expect of a stray cat - wanders around looking for food and a warm place to kip for the night. Her first echo would be human speech.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I'd really like for her to be taken in by someone from the Numbers club, especially since she'd eventually get her human form back and would have absolutely no qualms about continuing to act more or less like a cat while as such. (That said, expect to have her randomly curl up on top of tables and fall asleep. Even if you were using that part of the table. Especially if you were using that part of the table.)

Open/Wanted CR: People who don't mind having a girl who either really clings to them (in the "you are my human and only mine!!" sort of way) or really hates them (in the "you are stinky and/or annoy me so now I hate you!!" sort of way). It's fine if her actions have consequences; she's a cat, and she doesn't necessarily realize consequences are even a thing that happens if she behaves badly.

Other Info: She won't generally like other animals/animal people and claim that they're stinky. She does seem to get along fine with humans and other cats, however. She'll generally be pretty excited around the people she likes even as she expects them to do everything for her because -- she's a cat. You're supposed to be the one taking care of her, obviously. Although she has a human form, she doesn't fall into the typical catgirl trope in that she does generate an illusion of clothes at the very least, and once she learns to wear real ones, she's completely fine with continuing to wear them, so that's one less awkward thing to worry about! There's a ton of human things she obviously won't "get", but she can and is willing to learn, because by becoming more human, she'll be able to communicate her feelings to the people around her, whether it's her love or dislike of them.

Even if she is still totally a brat of a cat.
