Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Walter "Wally" Westerfeld
Pre-Incarnation: Wally West/The Flash - DC Animated Universe

Pretty smart dude that does forensic science for the police and teaches it at the university part-time, is generally pretty goofy though so he doesn't always come off as competent as he actually is. A bit naive and idealistic, he tends to think in black and white and tries to help out anyone he can, and follow it up with a snappy one-liner. He's about to be moving a little bit faster, though.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Having seen him around the university works, or those involved with law enforcement may have had him do forensic work before. Other than that, he could just be that guy they see helping out around town. Since he's been apped in and his metabolism went through the roof, he's likely been seen eating a lot - mostly at buffet-type places in favor of a lower food budget.

Open/Wanted CR: Other jokesters, the terribly stoic types, the easily agitated - those are big ones, but I'm open to anything.

Other Info: General plan is make friends, recover superhero abilities, become superhero, fight bad guys!
