Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Pre-Network/Open/Wanted CR Opportunities: she probably has a decent Presence at starling, as well as whatever bakery she winds up at. if by 'decent' you're willing to tolerate kind of loud and naggy. anyone she can dish tough love to. without hibiki in her life she will probably look for a similarly dodgy redhead to barnacle onto.

Other Info: she will be turning into a magical girl via echoes and literally every single one of them that i've planned is horrible. from thinking her fairy tone is a ringpop to accidentally transforming in a really inconvenient place to losing her mind over how lovely cat paws are.
