Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

He in fact very much would - and haa, appreciation of the fact may encourage 'im to attempt to be a bit less mousy in approaching their conversations as well. XD
