Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Oh the sound I just made. God I wish I could find you a Bart. We want a Xenogears cast like burning. I feel like I should try to make this my mission now, especially since I have a friend who also plays Billy.

They probably took some kind of 101 class together and hit it off. They seem at least somewhat like-minded. Elly isn't great at the arts (never ask to see her draw. Or do, if you want to see something hilarious), but she has a deep appreciation for them.
