Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Siiri {current last name is Pulkkinen, but I'm not sure if that will stay}
Pre-Incarnation: Kingdom of Sweden

Siiri differs in a few ways from Sweden. For one the obvious part of not being a nation and thus being significantly younger, but also: Being cisfemale {using her canon sexswap for her looks} and not being Swedish but Finnish. Here Is a WIP of her app so far, it already includes the reincarnated history, but to make it short, she is twenty-seven, only moved to Locke two years ago, working towards her PhD in biochemistry and also earning some spending money by working at a coffee shop. Tall, super bad people skills, but her terrifying stare aside good looking.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: basically...
/people that she knows from the university
/people she knows from the coffee shop, maybe coworkers?
/distant relatives? Like someone with an ancestor who was her grandfather's brother or such.
/flatmates

Open/Wanted CR: Is anyone looking for a flatmate for their character, outgoing or sociable flatmates for her would be awesome...?
Also generally people who would drag her around and make her socialize outside of the network.

Also I need someone for her first echo. Basically a person who would do iceskating and piss her off so she can march towards them over the ice and headbutt them in the face. Only thing is that the person would have to be old and strong enough for it to not be condemnable for an adult woman to go over and physically attack them.
There could be some kind of fight before that, they don't necessarily have to be skating, the only important part is that she goes over the ice and headbutts them in the face.

Other Info: She would eventually echo a little fluffy dog.
