Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Apollinariya Volodymyrivna Miroshnychenko (she will introduce herself as Kara because she is a kind soul)
Pre-Incarnation: Starfire

Formerly an alien princess residing on earth to fight crime with a bunch of equally emotionally maladjusted teenagers and live in a giant letter T, Starfire has been reincarnated as a no longer teen titan!

Ok no but seriously, Starfire's reincarnation is a young girl named Kara who was born and raised in rural Ukraine by a family with eight or nine kids, most of whom are boys. She transferred to LCU in order to have better facilities to pursue her passion of astrophysics and managed to net an athletic scholarship thanks to being a pretty great wrestler.

She is a lot less naive since she knows how earth works now, but all of her knowledge of the United States comes from classic film and travel guidebooks sooo you can't completely escape it. It doesn't help that she hasn't been in Locke for very long, aka she arrived a few weeks before the new school year started.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Pretty much anyone! Students, professors, anybody who works on the college campus since Kara is obnoxiously friendly and will chat you up if you don't move fast enough. Also I guess she'd be familiar to/with people who worked with immigration if we have anyone like that or other international students. Also people who frequent the gym because she's there too. A lot.

Open/Wanted CR: There was some stuff I discussed with some people maybe? But otherwise anything would be rad. Kara's ridiculously outgoing so having people get swept up in that or try to knock her off her positivity train is all equally fun.

Other Info: someone help me finagle Red Star as her first Echo I mean what

Stuff is probably going to get a little squicky down the line for her since some of her Echoes will involve her regaining alien physiology which includes a completely different set of organs. So. Yeah.
