The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

For characters of either status, toss up a comment and any information you see please; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

Character: Kazuma Surugi
Pre-Incarnation: Kazuma Mikura

Pretty normal teenage boy going to LCHS, he's pretty charming when he's not really trying and damn awkward when he tries. Seriously, he almost puked on his first date with a girl, embarassing to the tenth degree!

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I love pre-existing CR! He's an only child with a stay at home mother and hard working father, he moved to Locke City when he was 8 but family is always welcome. Cousin are great! Best friend spots are open, even bullies. Canonly he was bullied a lot as a kid, so old rivals and/or bullies are welcome too!

Open/Wanted CR: Friends would be great, Kazu's not completely shy but he isn't the type to loudly introduce himself in front of the class. So some people knowing him from at least middle school would be nice, or if your character is the type to naturally seek out the quiet ones, have at it!

Other Info: He walks home from school almost every day, volunteers at the local library every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. His father is a sales rep at some big company in town that has ties in Japan. He's also looking to head to a skate park eventually.

Pierce is a high school senior who's grown up in Locke with his younger brother Miles. He's an unfailingly cheerful guy, at least outwardly, and an all around kind fellow. Has a bit of a protective bent to him, because of his little brother, who's had experiences with bullying. Whether he'd be aware of what Kazu may have dealt with is up to you, of course. But if anything were to happen around Pierce he'd shut it down.

Also he makes cookies and junk. A lot. Kazu can you eat lots of cookies.

Yaaay! Clear! I love him! Pierce and Kazu could actually be really good friends if he wouldn't mind a kind of shy kid with a perpetual love of beanies.

And good thing is, he could be a huge fan of baked goods. In fact I could see him sitting in the kitchen watching him cook like 'how is that- I burn water!'

It sounds like you're the first person I've talked to who's familiar with him, haha. I read a bit of Air Gear back in the day, actually. And Pierce'd think there was nothing at all wrong with either of those things, it's obviously just part of what makes Kazu who he is. I get the feeling he'd call him Kaz if Kazu lets him.

Well in that case he'll just keep right on baking all the things. Ever the better when there's folks to share them with, y'know? I'm sure he'd probably offer to teach Kazu a few things if he heard about that impressive water-burning ability.

I'd almost apped Aoba instead of Kazu, I'm working my way through Re:Connect now, just taking it slow since it's a lot less story and more just... /cough yeah.

Kazu would let him call him that, he's been in America long enough to not find that an odd nickname and if it's a friend, they more lee-way.

Oh gosh the idea of him teaching him to cook. Hell that might echo back something just from the fact he'll probably set something on fire lol. /cheer

Oh gosh, yeah. I'm the same Ren who did editing and beta testing for the patch, and my goodness, the beta phase was awkward. I can only take so much of that stuff at a time, but I sure did like all the little bits of information about some characters. It'd be cool to see Aoba someday, but I'm quite happy to hassle Kazu with this dork. He's already forgetting that doors are a thing, just a warning.

Awesome. I just had this feeling that's what he'd call him when responding last time. "Kaz is Kaz" would be the way Pierce'd think of his shy-and-beanie-loving nature.

When I'm back from my trip-thing we should totally do that then. They can have some fun flailing everywhere.
