Open/Wanted CR: The big thing going on right now with Annie is that she got her magical girl form and is semi-plotting to assemble a vigilante superhero team. With secret identities and shit. Let's do that.

Rei used to be a morally apathetic werewolf that spent a good fraction of her life on the run due to the fact she eats people. Now she is a not-so-morally apathetic werewolf that is trying her darndest not to want to eat people.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Librarian, Locke City university graduate, has had a few boyfriends and all of those relationships ended poorly. Father and teenage brother out in the suburb. She kind of avoids them as much as possible though.

Open/Wanted CR: I actually feel bad considering this because I've been so terrible with tagging and finishing things... just more people to talk to, really. Her circle is really small, and I don't mind that, but I'm always open to other opportunities. She's not, traditionally, a very happy-go-lucky or funny type of person so I guess someone who's better suited to a more mellow personality. Or one coming to grips with being a cannibal.

Open/Wanted CR: Legit anything. I don't want to seem like I only want to thread with castmates and I have a lot so idk love me? I love all kinds of CR, negative included. Especially outgoing people who can drag him into shit.

Other Info: I guess the only thing I have solidly planned is Ryan's castmate party but I would like to get more involved in things! I'm up for almost anything.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Hospital workers, although mostly she's been shadowing the nurses, so she may have seen some people around; college students; Elly also has an extremely large extended family, most of which have not been established (except for one cousin).

Open/Wanted CR: Military people, mecha pilots, although really just about anyone.

Other Info: Elly tends to spend a lot of time either at the library or at the school, althoug, as said, she does work a few hours a week at the hospital. I can always come up with an excuse to bring her somewhere, though! She's also looking for someone to teach her how to use a sword, since her past self fought with one.

Chemist at the city forensics lab, intellectually interested in the network/ongoing events in the city but not entirely convinced it's a good idea to get more active with the police as an enemy and with a kid to take care of. Reincarnated from an ex-terrorist surgeon who hears dead people!

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Mostly coworkers, friends from college and high school (she's 30, for the record!). She had a brief stint in a gang when she was a kid, but that's liable to make her avoid you.

Open/Wanted CR: Still looking for her to make some more friends, since a lot of her CR is based on business! People around her age-ish are great, but anyone's cool.

Other Info: Naomi's looking at checking out city/echo weirdness right now, although she's probably going to be making a point of avoiding attention after the drug bust stuff goes down.

Welcome to Jamie's weeaboo world, where everyone is over 18 (duh) and not underaged and the waifus are 100% pure. Yeah, I'm having a small middle schooler remember about death and how all his friends were ripped in half and eaten. You know, nice things. Currently he's just a big fat weeb in 8th grade.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Was babysitted by Anthony Albert at a young age and knew Marzio through such. Now in Locke City Junior High and still progressively becoming more and more embarrassing. His mom has a nice job at the welfare office and is an only child to a single mothers.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything, negative and positive are both welcome. I'm super mega welcome to anyone that would like to eventually open up and be his friend, mind you it's a rocky road but it could be cute. Also anyone willing to watch anime or play video games with him. If there is anything you can think of that would help your character get echos off him and would like him to help just ask.

AI with a beserker streak that usually reads as she has an obsessive crush on strong people she can fight... continuously.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's an electrician and Computer repairman by trade. She's a flirt and a mean girl. She loves to teas and pick on some and flirt with others. Her and her twin brother Cain come from Canada and probably have a lot of family they mostly ignore (unless your cool).

Open/Wanted CR: Work CR. Shooting range CR. She'd love to find people to spar with. Right now she's giving Shou lessons on how to not suck with guns, and she's all for giving gun or fighting lessons to anyone else who needs it too. Hell, she would even be up for shopping and talking about what guys on the network are hot or not.

Other Info: As noted, she's teaching Shou how to shoot and has plans to spend Christmas with him. I'm open for anything and love things.

Think of him as a vocaloid, but in a BL game. Pretty much sums it up.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Pierce's immediate family is set, but cousins are cool. Neighbors or classmates at LHS are good too. He works as a music tutor, particularly for piano, and is in the school orchestra so he may know people from band/orchestra.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything. Everything. I know it's not at all specific, but really, I'd love to get a variety of dynamics with this guy. If possible I would like to have him get to know someone who'd realize his cheerful optimism is a mask, down the line. Wouldn't hurt to know a few people into robotics or engineering, since when he does become a machine, he'll be reluctant to believe it or tell his little brother (who's into robotics) about it.

Other Info: Nothing especially. Pierce is fairly normal, excepting the fact that he clambers through windows instead of entering rooms through doors at least half the time.

Character: Chinen Shou
Pre-Incarnation: Sho - he's too cool for a last name, though I bet it's something silly and whimsical I just can't read the Japanese book about the movie I got. Sob.

He once was a street rat that lived with his brother and his best friend in a city that was part of no place except it had a lot of Chinese people and they were the poor Japanese ugh get out of here kids. Then he found this guy who was awesome, and he grew up strong and then the awesome guy left and Sho became a gang leader and then ran a district and somehow got married and had a pretty little daughter and then EVERYONE DIED.

Now he is a party boy with a lot of money and family and a nice life until these durn Echoes started crashing into his life.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:
He has a lot of connections with the money and the politics, though not so much over in the States. His mother is a concert pianist and very well-known and he is often conned into playing with her. He also has a lot of cousins, friends and family. I'd especially love it if a Kei showed up have once been his friend in this life in high school or something. He also parties a lot and known for doing a lot of fun things that involves bars and dating.

I'm going to request for his gun skills to appear, and I will plan on him getting more memories of Kei and just how special the guy was. A 25-year old computer science graduate student at LCU. Extremely reluctant to develop relationships thanks to a severe lack of people having shown interest in her before now.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anyone that might have been in the intro to computer science class she taught this past semester. Parents are out of the question (both dead) and she's an only child.

Open/Wanted CR: Needs people that will help her open up. But anything's fine!

Other Info: She can get all sorts of weird Echoes (like say the dried fish necktie) but I'm hoping to finally knock out her Reyvateil physiology this month. That's probably going to be plot though.

The magician in black with no sense of personal property who protects Gensokyo, the land where magic goes when the modern world stops believing in it, because she has nothing better to do with her time.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: If you have connections to show business or relatives in Texas, it's possible you would know of Marisa or her family.

Open/Wanted CR: I want her to have to deal with someone who actually knows (or at least knows of) her dad. He's a day-time talk show host/TV psychic. An enormous fraud and generally deplorable human being. Think Jerry Springer. He recently divorced Marisa's mom (which is why she moved to Locke City in the first place), and Marisa is mad at him.

Other Info: Marisa's getting pretty powerful, and I kind of feel like with the police raid on the high school, the numbers are starting to get tired of getting pushed around. In the inevitable show down, she can supply tactical air strikes. I really do want her to be able to supply something useful to the cause at some point, which she hasn't really done yet. Just sort of helped out in the background and annoyed people.

Pre-Incarnation:

Angua von Uberwald. The blond, busty werewolf who joined the City Watch because she disapproved of her family's rather blood thirsty policies. Except for that one special night of the month, she's a vegetarian.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Angela's a Chicago native, but she's lived in Locke City for the last six years. She's also of German descent (she can actually speak it passably well.). Also she's an ex-cop who has lost her job due to her status of being legally dead.

Open/Wanted CR: Really I just need her to dive headfirst into the next plot event. She's got police training, is very difficult to kill, and can track people by smell, so there's GOT to be some good places for her to get stuck in.

Other Info: Expect lots of incidental nudity, once she echoes back her full shapechanging abilities. ALSO she can talk to dogs.

Pre-Incarnation: Rider - Fate/Stay Night

The spirit of a horrible monster from Greek myth, summoned in modern-day Japan to fight in a battle for the Holy Grail. An ice-cold machine who will do anything at all to protect her Master.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's lived in Locke City all of her life - her father runs a carwash, and she went to LCU for a BA in Classics and then an associate's degree in library science. She works at LCU's library. You can insert yourself into her life at any point in there, really, so long as you clear it with me first.

Open/Wanted CR: Right now I'll settle for 'any kind of regular off-network interaction'.

Other Info: At some point in the near future, she'll suddenly come into possession of a horse. This horse will one day be her pegasus and greatest weapon, but for now it's...just a horse. She'll need some help figuring out what to do with it.

At some point she'll go Full Spirit, at which point she'll need to make a contract with someone in order to not get kicked out of the world for being a thing that shouldn't exist. So, uh, yeah. Someone with an understanding of magic.

And finally, although she's utterly straight, her pre-incarnation self was seriously devoted to her female Master (I believe the proper expression is 'turbo gay'). If the right/wrong memories start coming back she could start getting Confused.

Character: Sam Middleton
Pre-Incarnation:

The demon lord who was forced to flee to another dimension when his armies were crushed by a mighty hero. Unfortunately, the dimension he fled to was ours, and so he was forced to make a life here while he licked his wounds. Thus, the grand lord of all demons got a part time job at McDonalds.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He's from Queens or something, some rich neighborhood in New York. Also he was BRIEFLY at LCU, but dropped out after getting high all the time and failing all his classes. (He's kind of a deadbeat.)

Open/Wanted CR: Sam's next echo is gonna be a weird one: He'll reclaim his ambition. Right now he has no drive, so he's pretty content to just sit on the side lines. With this update, expect a more proactive Sam. Also possibly a bit more evil. So if you have characters who are at their best when facing EVIL, Sam would be a kind of hilarious person to get Cr with.

Jaded troll in fear of turning into a monster.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She lived on the streets since she was twelve and never really left them, so any connections from the shady part of town are a go. Also connections through the child care system. Lastly, if you are a heavy partygoer or work at a pub or bar etc you might have met her on the job, she's been working that for over a year now.

Open/Wanted CR: Any and all, though I'm particularly looking for people that she might get attached to enough to get into trouble for their sake - people who know too much about her or who care about her or feel in her debt and whom she thus figures important to keep in her life and safe.

Other Info:

High school student though she barely attends and plans on dropping out next February after her birthday, works as a bouncer at various clubs and pubs across town. Which she can do because her connections give her the chance to get fake IDs and overlook that she is actually a minor. Has been slightly involved in drug trade for years. Also sometimes watches a bunch of NPC kids.

In December I'm planning on having her move house, volunteer at the safehouse, hide the heck away from her castmates and maybe have her arrested in connection with the drug bust. And whatever else happens, of course.

Character: Siiri Pulkkinen
Pre-Incarnation: Sweden

Brand spanking new, awkward scary looking closed moe.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She works at an independent coffe-shop and is a PhD-student/research-assistant in biochemistry at the local university. She also visits the monthly Finnish services at the local branch of the Nordic churches, which functions as a cultural/social center for the tiny Nordic community in Locke, and visits some of the events there.

Open/Wanted CR: Any and all, really.
- I'd love for her to A. find a kid that she could act as a surrogate parent for, or just mother in general (that would be excellent echo fodder, too).
- Rivalry/frenemy types
- friendsssss. I've found that Sweden tends to hit it off best with more mature characters or characters with motherly/big-brotherly attitudes, or children. But I'm absolutely interested in any and all cr.

Also in the long run I want someone that she can headbutt while they stand on ice...

An actor with the talent to make it big, but none of the luck. Lived in New York for a few years prior to moving here. Currently teaches children's theatre and hates his life.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anyone in the entertainment industry (theatre, film, music, modeling, etc) is welcome to have run into him at some point or another. He networks like crazy, and loves to make new connections to people he could ~~use~~ work with. Acquaintances of any sort are peachy, as are students! (Sadly he has no real friends, so that's out.)

Open/Wanted CR: CR of any type, really! I'd like for him to start actually getting involved with the network; right now, he just skims through it with little interest. Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Aunts, uncles, cousins - he's probably got at least a couple on each parent's side. Attends Locke Academy and is currently in his junior year. Also hangs out with a group of guys his age for gaming and the like.

Open/Wanted CR: Any and all, hit me up! In particular though, people who are very obviously helpless in one way or another tend to be a weak point for him.

Other Info: After getting out of jail he's going to be pretty shaken and also incredibly angry. He'll probably bluster a bit about leaving for good and at least pretending to have a normal life, but in the end that's all it is since he realizes he's in too deep at this point and also can't stand the idea of not knowing what the hell is really going on. If people want to coax him to this conclusion instead of letting him burn up by himself, that'd be awesome!

Also worth noting that he now has the power of healing eyes which means if you're injured and he stares at you for a while (sans contacts/glasses) you will be ~*miraculously healed*~ which may be of interest to folks? It works on injuries and illness and the only price is some of Akito's health/life force, but since he doesn't know about that part yet, he'll be healing anyone freely as needed.

Talking cat that is obnoxious, but adorable. Also wants to eat ALL THE THINGS and is... admittedly not all that intelligent.

Open/Wanted CR: People she can love! People she can hate! Things are very black and white for Mimi right now, but please don't take it too hard.

17-year-old Catholic high school student who is prone to giving lectures and fussing in general. Dependable, though, and the lectures just mean he cares. Also, he totally thinks he's a shingeki because he used to kill giants, although his memories are starting to seem a little weird compared to everyone else's...

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Open to relatives who think his family is kind of strange and uptight (because they are). He's isolated at his high school, unfortunately, so the schoolfriend thing is pretty difficult.

Open/Wanted CR: Friends are always good! Network full o'teenagers, plenty of opportunities there. He also gets along well with adults so really I am open to anyone and anything.

Other Info: Walter doesn't think he has any super awesome powers so he's hesitant to sign up for plot things but he still wants to help, so there will be increasing involvement from him when he can manage it. He's actually 1/8th possessed by an otherworldly death god at the moment, which means he's a bit stronger/more durable than he looks. That's going to continue to be a thing as the game goes on, and physical changes (paleness, creepy markings) will start showing up, probably sometime this month. So fellow monster-y types, he will be able to commiserate!

Anything Else?: SORRY ABOUT THE END OF NOVEMBER, EVERYONE. Finals Hell hit, but I have made it through and have an entire month of nothing ahead of me.

Narcissistic genius/troll who wants to be a superhero and is terrible at people. College student despite only turning 15 tomorrow.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I have Asuka established as the only child of a wealthy couple who live out of town right now, but she's been in Locke for a while and will know people in high school she may have gone to junior high with or people at Locke University, especially science or music types.

Open/Wanted CR: I'm all for all kinds of CR with Asuka, but in particular either negative/indifferent attitudes from people who don't want to put up with her self-centered crap or, conversely, someone nice enough to deal with her casual abuse and weirdness in a constructive fashion. Also older guys for her to fail at hitting on are pretty much a running joke with me by now.

Other Info: I'm kind of flailing right now due to various ~personal issues~ making me slow, but I want to build up more of Asuka's frustration with her Echoes and possibly start getting into the more depressing/angsty parts of canon before I give her her actual giant robot. Partly because I don't know where I'd put the latter, but mostly because I like making her miserable for some reason.

Character: Lazarus "L" Lawliet
Pre-Incarnation: L Lawliet from Death Note

L is a former chess prodigy whose uncle/guardian committed him to a mental institution before he was 18 and stole all his money. He didn't get out until he was 20. He's scary intelligent but very unsuccessful at life in general, not great at taking care of himself and coming across as neurotic, paranoid and phobic. He was turned down from the police force after spending most of his life working toward that goal. Consequently shattered, he attempted suicide and failed, and then got addicted to cocaine and ended up in rehab. Now he is failing, again, by trying to write a romantic detective novel when he knows like... nothing about romance.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I apped L in with dead parents and an uncle who died like 5 years ago. He wasn't in school much, usually having private tutors or taking college classes, so he didn't really make friends. He did, however, occasionally give presentations about playing competitively in chess tournaments at schools, so if your character was in grade, middle or high school in or around Locke City from 1998 until 2004 (L's ages were 10-16), they might remember a smart but awkward young man whose uncle always hovered nearby and didn't let him talk to other kids one on one for very long.

After 16, L spent three years in a Locke City mental institution. If your character was a patient or staff member at such a place between 2005 and 2008, I am interested in this CR.

When he was 20, L got out and attempted to pick up where he left off, briefly resuming a graduate program in criminal justice and getting turned down for a position on the police force. I say that he has minor CR with the police NPCs and dislikes most of them, but if your character is involved with the police they might remember a socially impaired and twitchy young man who got a perfect score on the competency test, but failed the personal interview.

At 21, L attempted suicide by cutting his wrists lengthwise. His mail carrier found him, but ER hospital staff might remember him if your character worked here in 2009.

A year later, he ended up in rehab for cocaine abuse. If your character lived or worked in this facility from 2010 until early 2012, they might remember him.

Nowadays L is running out of money and being a huge recluse. He doesn't get out much or see many people.

Open/Wanted CR: Very open to everything. L needs friends badly. He also plays well off of enemies. Positive and negative are both go.

Other Info: After L's first echo, his be-all, end-all ambition was becoming a detective. He failed and as a result is probably only alive because other people cared more than he did. Characters can be mean to him, but he is somewhat of the attitude that the worst thing that could have possibly happened to him, happened. He can't be a police detective, and until further echoes restore more of him, he'll think it doesn't matter much what he does.

Anyone who could give him a no-strings-attached (or not) free meal would probably be helpful, or a place to stay when his power inevitably shuts off or he gets evicted. Job leads would be helpful.
