As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Angry teenage nerd fugitive from the law. Yells a lot.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He was a student at Locke High before the terrorist thing, so any students/teachers/etc are welcome! He's an only child and I want to keep his mom as an NPC, but I would be cool with other relatives if someone's interested!

Open/Wanted CR: ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING

Other Info: As mentioned above, he's a Known Terrorist. You've probably seen him on the news. :V
