[ Van watches Suzaku for a moment. he has to wonder if normal brothers are like this. you know, full blooded ones. getting to know Suzaku in the last few years has been a taxing experience... but at least when people ask about it, he doesn't have to act like he knows absolutely nothing about the other.

pros and cons to this. they are many.

but then again maybe family is supposed to be frustrating. at least they are trying and that's something. and really, as loathe as Van is to admit it, Suzaku does try as hard as he does - in his own stubborn, chilly way.
