The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

A last round of the CR/Plotting Meme for Season 1 - gear up further for the finale and/or breather and/or entrance into Season 2! And, of course, no end of more general purposes.

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Keith Goodman, rookie police officer who just moved into Locke City and subsequently received one hell of a shock.
Pre-Incarnation: Keith Goodman aka Sky High, the King of Heroes. A NEXT (Noted Entity with eXtraordinary Talents) who controls the power of wind, and uses it to defend his city.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Though he just joined the network last week, Keith has been part of the police force since the beginning of February, so anyone who works there and who wants to have made contact with him is more than welcome to. Keith is a really open and friendly individual, in general, so it's easy and okay to assume that he was the one who took the initiative in hitting up your character/s, if need be.

Other than that, he's from out of town, though I've been vague re: where he's from, just that he's still from the same country. So if anyone doesn't mind maybe adopting him into their hometown, going to the same university/police academy as him, that kind of thing - I'd be happy to work something out.

Open/Wanted CR: I would really love for Keith to pick up a mentor, either within the police force or someone outside it who possesses powers. He's started to Echo back the basics of his power already, though he has yet to actually figure it out/use it. Once he does, he's seriously going to need some guidance!

Overall he's still painfully new and could generally just use some CR right across the board. He's a friendly guy who would have an easy time hitting up others, and is especially good at drawing them out of their shell, if your character needs that.

Other Info: Nothing much as of yet, he's still really new. I'm still working out what he'll be doing after the wise snake attack, since that is going to quite drastically alter his view of the police force and the city in general.

Melissa's very much the type to view her fellow cops as family, and she's young enough that she remembers what it's like to be new to the force, so she can look out for Keith a bit if you like!

I would love that! She definitely seems like the type he'd look up to and attach himself to, try and follow from her example, that kind of thing. That would be awesome :D Don't mind the newbie with a million questions, especially after the snake stuff.

Karl here is another cop on the force, the deputy superintendent actually, and he does a pretty good mentoring job~ Plus I would totally love some cr with Keith in general cause ahh more T&B characters. :3

Oh, yes please, that would be awesome! :D Keith would definitely look up to him pretty easily, I think, so that would make for a good stepping stone for CR, and we could go upwards from there!

Nah, I actually don't have any post planned so I am game for a log! Actually, ignore what I said before ahaha. /edits all the things. When would you like to have their meeting happen~?

Anytime is perfectly fine! Would the police have any kind of debrief after what happened, maybe? Even if it's just for the Numbered amongst them? (How widely known who in the police are Numbered is, I don't really know, oops.)

Hmm maybe on Friday then? And idk. The force probably would have had some sort of meeting but I don't think anything has been discussed for numbered cops meeting up to chat. Could totally be done though! (Some people are openly cops, some are secret. I know that Kotetsu, Karl and Melissa are all openly cops while Nick is hiding it.)

That sounds good to me! Did you want to set something up, or would you like me to? And hmm, that does make sense. I think it'd be cool to have a meeting for numbered cops, but as you said, it depends on who isn't hiding it. Maybe it'd be worth asking...
