Her character is amazing and she's just so fun to play off of, and you're really good at all that tagging nonsense!

I'm really liking Raye and Rakka's interactions so far. Shy girl and loudmouth is gold as far as I'm concerned.

And thanks. I'm sort of working out the whole wing thing as I go. Basically, she'll have to be taken to the hospital, where her wings will come out. Then she's gonna hide out with some friends for a while.

Down for both giving Rakka a place to crash and awkward but well-meaning attempts at being comforting. Fair warning, she will drag Rakka back to her place if she starts any "not causing any trouble" BS.

Mostly, Rakka will be looking for a place to stay on the grounds that she's afraid of more people discovering what she is. I.E her parents, the police, etc.

And I've sort of worked out who she'll be staying with ~~the Dians~~. But if that changes, I'll be sure to let you know!

I'm also wavering on if I should have the network be able to see Rakka's wingsplosion, or just the aftermath.

Sounds good. Keep me posted on whatever you decide if you want Raye to be around for it.

She's still kinda freaked out by the Dians though. Seeing someone rise from the dead'll do that to you.

TALK ABOUT STRONG FIRST IMPRESSIONS.

I love, love, LOVE Raye and she's slotted into a really unique and great place among Lily's CR. Only a few weeks in, and it's just been really awesome so far. Plus, as noted to Mini, her VS Ange was one of the best parts of the Wise Snake thread. For real.

SHE DOES THAT YEAH!

Likewise on the CR between her and Lily. She's managed to hit Raye's competitive side in a way that isn't just being somebody who pisses her off and I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of influence they end up having on each other.

And, yeah, Ange Vs. Raye is a bit of a point of pride for me right now.

Raye is very very Ryuuko without just being Ryuuko, in a great way. Someone else for Marina to have some enmity with, even if it's a little more good-natured, is fun.

Heh. I admit I wrote her app in a big rush to get it done before they closed so my thought process really was kind of "screw it, just basically stick Ryuuko into a modern-Earth setting and throw in some potential family drama." Good to know it worked out though!

Marina is definitely a pain in her ass which is just great. Poor Raye has zero trolling resistance.

She's a very easy target, and let it never be said that Marina won't take an easy target (and let them know it).

Anyway, I'm glad to be back and kind of amazed at how fast this character has built up all this upcoming CR. And you already know you're the bomb and it's awesome how we're so ridiculously on the same page with all this dramatic nonsense. Like, over the course of an hour this one idea has suddenly blown up into a grand tale of happiness and anger and sorrow and courage and redemption and so on and so forth.

tl;dr everything hurts and nothing is beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing.

Seriously, every thread I've had with you ever has just been a exciting, joyful experience. Raye seems to take this UP TO TWELVE with all of her.. well, Ryuko. I can't wait to see how off-the-walls this whole thing will advance.
