Let's pass away some of the rest of the month's quiet.

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For characters of either status, toss up a comment with your character's reincarnated name, pre-incarnated name, canon, and occupation in the subject line. E.x. Occupation/Position: High school student

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Alexi has been seeing a therapist for his anger impulse issues years so if you're interested in that, go for it. Also, Alexi typically chooses friends that are into really weird things so if your character is one of those and goes to Locke High School, there's opportunities there.

Open/Wanted CR: I'm open for anything!

Haunts: Alexi is a sports fanatic so he's either training at the local parks or can be found on the school baseball team. He also sometimes helps out at L's coffee shop now as the marketing boy who hits up the local hipster locales with fliers.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Alexi enjoys all sports (especially the Yankees), comics and other physical activities that don't involve too much physical contact with other people.

Fred Vandenberg | Felix | Golden Sun | student -> superhero

Location: Locke, unless I can come up with a good reason for him to go. Which I'd like to; there are definitely Echoes he could get from traveling, and probably some from Vegas.
Occupation/Position: Officially a student, but he's not planning to do much with that any more. I'm not even sure whether he did/is/will show up for his finals...

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I would be overjoyed if someone wanted to do something with Fred's sister (very much a Seedling). I'm also up for letting people be friends of his, which would offer more freedom as I've never specified anything about them. Extended family is also welcome, though Dad's side is vaguely centered Nebraskaish.

Open/Wanted CR: Shrug. I don't find negative CR very comfortable, but if it develops I'll see how well I can run with it.

Haunts: Libraries and bookstores, perhaps. Possibly wandering around town looking for opportunities to be a superhero.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Elemental powers are the biggest thing. Anyone who sounds like they could be from the same world as him - particularly by talking about dragon-like people or waterfalls at the edge of the world.

Neil Dylandy | Lockon Stratos 1.0 | Mobile Suit Gundam 00 | Mechanic/Giant Robot Pilot

Former soldier, mechanic by day, sometimes bartender by night, all the time Gundamsitter.
Pre-Incarnation: Neil Dylandy, codenamed Lockon Stratos
A man who lost his family to terrorism, he fights injustice in a giant robot... with... um. Terrorism???
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: Mechanic. Owns an auto repair shop.

Also has a bitchin' giant robot that's currently parked in an area of LCU the FBI has sectioned off. Watching over/investigating that thing is almost another occupation at this point.

He also sometimes helps his Mom a the family owned bar.

Neil is a man of many talents.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Raised in Locke his whole life, he was an Army Ranger in the Middle East in the early 2000s, but nearly lost his leg in the process. Honorably discharged, he later started up an auto repair shop. He's in his early 30s, so if you're in that time frame you could have gone to school with him. Former military guys are also a possibility, as are people who have taken their cars to his shop to be fixed up.

Open/Wanted CR: Annnnnnnnnything. Older folks, younger folks. Neil kind of needs to get out more, he's been staring at his Gundam for too long.

Haunts: His shop, his family's bar, LCU's mecha sector. Though that last one's only accessible by the Gundam/Eva pilots and FBI agents. You still might catch him around campus going back and forth.

Liam Benedict | Legolas | Middle-Earth | Intern at Rain Industries

Location: Locke City
Occupation/Position: incredibly lazy intern at Rain Industries

Rich, entitled, judgmental vegan who loves nature, and wants to save the environment. With a healthy dose of youthful dumb.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He recently graduated from college. Potential friends from college, IF that person is a hippie vegan in their reincarnation.

Open/Wanted CR: I'd like positive CR (because let's face it, Liam is a bit of an ass, and can make his own negative CR easily.), and outside cast CR.

Haunts: For work he's down in the business district some of the time, and he'll be visiting the vegetarian restaurants that a person on the network recommended (not an established location)

Potential Subjects of Interest: Nature, Veganism, Saving the Environment. He would also respond to people in trouble, and possibly sad/upsetting things. He does care about people, he just... has a bit of a derp right now.

Other Info: I would like to gain some echos that would slowly start to make him less fail at life, alternatively, some regular wake-up-calls that would accomplish similar things.

Occupation/Position: Works at a gas station on the strip, volunteers at local libraries, hospitals, old people's homes, churches, etc with his free time.

super super chill guy who cares about everything but is also super lazy

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: anything.... he played baseball most of his life, until varsity teams happened, and then just spent all his free time with volunteer work. he's been floating about for the past few years before going to college, working around Vegas. the only canon i have for him is that his mom's family is mexican. outside of that, i'm game for any cr.

Open/Wanted CR: Any kind of CR!!!!! I'm still establishing him, so anything that gets him invested in other people. I also KINDA SORTA WANNA PLAY him dating around-- so if your character (guy or girl) wants a date or two, he's ur guy. He also NEEDS BROS. AND BRO-GALPALS. People he can bro around with and hang out with. gimmie besties.

Haunts: The gas station on the vegas strip. Around the streets of vegas. Local churches, the hospital, libraries, etc. He likes to people watch on the busy streets near his workplace too and sometimes he'll offer strangers snacks and water because he's a nice loser.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Literally anything. if you tell me you want me to tag you, I will find a way for JoJo to tag. He's a super caring guy, so if a character is in trouble or worried about something, he'll try to be supportive and comforting.

Other Info: The only plans I have for him right now is to echo back a very weak version of his healing powers. He'll mainly end up using it on inanimate objects (reverting them to an earlier state), but he can heal people. Eventually, this is going to lead to hospitalization and coma whenever he echoes back Crazy Diamond, but that's a long way off.

Occupation/Position: High school student/stowaway

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Rakka's parents are open I suppose. They're a corporate couple currently in Japan. Their parenting skills leave something to be desired. there's also the servants she has in her house in Locke, who haven't actually tended to her since she started staying with the Dians.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything? Other people of a spiritual/biblical persuasion. Other students from Locke city high school.

Haunts: Currently, she's spending most of her time at the Dian's place, doing chores and trying to make sure everyone doesn't fall apart. She also goes to Locke City High school and to various bookstores and parks around the area.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Birds, Japanese stuff, otaku culture, possible other angels or spiritual beings.

Other Info: Rakka still doesn't know that she's not an actual angel. She will soon of course, but perhaps someone else wants to trigger the revelation? All it'll take if for her to remember that she's actually a Haibane.

Maria Angelus | Bianca di Angelo | Percy Jackson & the Olympians | Student

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: High school friends, extended family, and two moms are open! She was adopted and she has no idea who her birth parents are, so there's that, too.

Open/Wanted CR: Currently wanting to build up more of the friendships she's gotten from being a social butterfly on the network. More archery friends holy crap. Oh, and other mythology nerds since she's pretty sure mythology has had an impact on her previous life. I'm also open to negative CR opportunities and perhaps using that as a way to Echo back her fatal flaw as a child of Hades, which is holding grudges. OH BOY!!!! I'm open to a lot of different ways we can go, though.

Haunts: School, archery ranges, any of the safe areas of Vegas
Potential Subjects of Interest: Tabletop games, video games, mythology/paranormal shit, trading card games, MMORPG's, books, archery, good movies, shitty movies, and music. Oh, also typical school woes. She has no problems discussing those to the end of time.

Other Info: She's practically a goddess-level archer? Her bow can appear whenever she needs it, though currently it can't be called upon from hammerspace yet. I'm planning on Maria at some point Echoing back her canon self, who is...12. And immortal. And died in canon. Yeah.

Also lots of tragic Echoes with her dumb tragic currently-unidentified-younger-brother.

Oh, and she's at some point going to be actually bound by the oath she gives Artemis, soooooo...romance is a no-go on her end 'cause if she falls in love, then she gets turned into an animal and hunted down like one. And dies. Again. Maria really doesn't want that, okay.

Chinen Shou | Sho | Moon Child | millionare playboy

Occupation/Position:

he's got a lot of money, a lot of time on his hands, and dates anyone though his relationships don't last too long. he also dresses in weird clothing, can play several instruments and has just recently bought a new car.

he also is slowly turning into a criminal. yay >3 oh and his bff is on the network so things are becoming interesting

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: he has a huge family in the states thanks to his mom being Japanese American and her siblings still live in the usa. he dates a lot of people. he is a party boy. he likes to troll the drunks. he also used to work for his uncle's law group until the wise snake thing and now he is without a job - not that he needs it.

Open/Wanted CR: more rich kids, more gangster types, more cops, more awkward people that can make his comfy life silly.

Haunts: bars, clubs - he has a very active night life
japanese restaurants, food places, wine places, music places

Potential Subjects of Interest: music, telling him what to do when he doesn't want him to do anything, kei, food, drinking, food and drink, random trivia, kei, fashion, guns, cars, women, kei

Other Info: he is worming his way into gangster land in toyko town, working on the docks and getting a little bit of a reputation. he is also doing some fancy work with his accounts in order to have funds for those that need them without having questions asked

Walter Price | Wander | Shadow of the Colossus | Student

Finshing up his final year at a teeny Catholic school. Walter is a little high-strung and pearl-clutchy, but over the past 8ish months he's loosened up quite a bit! Overall, a friendly, slightly fussy teenager.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Limited. Little, close-knit family, little school. If you can find something workable, though I'm open to just about anything.

Open/Wanted CR: MORE FRIENDS. Always more friends. It would also be neat to have him help somebody out! Or... get helped, since he's clumsy and accident-prone. Luckily, he echo'd back extreme durability (and an invisibility poncho/ugly mask of strength) so he's a bit more useful in a pinch.

Haunts: Bookshops. Some volunteer-y areas (soup kitchens and the like). Church.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Possession, since that's kind of a thing that happening to him. Anything related to that, really -- angels/demons/curses. Baking, horses, and people asking for help will get his attention too.

Other Info: There's the whole possession thing, which is still slowly happening. He's got some spooky lines on his face/neck/all over really, but they're faint enough to cover with make-up. For now. He recently got an item-based magical shortcut to and from Vegas, which could be interesting to play with!

Location: Las Vegas
Occupation/Position: Illusionist over at the Vegas Strip.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Family and friends are pretty much open - Claire's a pretty friendly guy, so if your character is living in Vegas, they can totally know each other somehow. Anyone who visits the Strip a lot might recognize him. Performers, staff, frequent visitors, whatever!

Open/Wanted CR: Any and all CR, I'm pretty open to whatever. Friendly CR is great if your character is willing to put up with Claire, but I'm also very open to negative CR! Especially if that can turn ugly once Claire echoes back some of his, uh... less than friendly traits.

Haunts: basically anywhere in Vegas, but especially the Strip. Seriously, this guy gets around a lot.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Magic, scary stories, beautiful women. But he's pretty talkative in general.

Other Info: So uh, the further along Claire gets, the more violent his echoes are gonna get. Like, this dude was an assassin and he was well known for the mess he left behind, so... yeah, fair warning. But if you don't mind that, then come at me, because this is going to get beautifully horrible eventually.

Occupation/Position: Cop, Deputy Superintendent

A modified cop whose life is a glorified soap opera.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Family/friends from Boston (last saw Karl 14 or so years ago), old girlfriends, former fans of his hair metal band, fellow police, teachers/students who used to see him at the high school, starbucks employees.

Open/Wanted CR: People who would just honestly annoy him since a good chunk of his cr is positive. More students/kids to be a mentor to are always loved! Happy people to just drag him around or GET HIM TO SMILE would be marvelous. Ah he also needs to know more sciency types to geek out with. Oh and any people who know magic or are angels or immortals he def wouldn't mind chatting with.

Haunts: Police station, Starbucks/coffee places, mall and, though rarely, library
Potential Subjects of Interest: Science definitely! Cop stuff. Anything about magic or angels or immortals. Anything about rock music or hockey

Other Info: Karl JUST got all echoes back so he is fairly plan free! Just helping to get stuff in order at the station after the trial.

Ariel Boisvert | Tauriel | The Hobbit | Looking for a job

Location: Locke
Occupation/Position: Park Ranger
Currently working at Gateway Recreational Park which is outside the boundary of Locke, so she is currently looking for a job closer to home.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She has her mother, father and sister in Locke so they are all open for play (though obviously the family has some obviously built up stuff) But she recently graduated college and might have a few pen-pals/ e-mail buddies from all the times she moved around.

Open/Wanted CR: Any CR would be nice! Positive or negative. I'd love to branch out from the family cast she has and really build some new CR with people.

Haunts: Coffee shops: Ariel is constantly on the look out for good coffee shops and cycles through them trying to find one she likes the best.

Stables: She practices archery on Sundays with Killian, but when she moves closer to Locke, she might head out to the stables more days to practice.

Due to her current job the only other place she would be seen frequently is outside of the barrier but that would be at Gateway Recreational Park.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Archery is a big thing with her. As is coffee. Really. She loves these two things. She also recently started looking after 4 cats after not having any pets before ever, so she might keep an eye out for people talking about pets/animals, but almost anything might get a response out of her on the network, especially if it's surprising.

Other Info: Ariel is slowly getting back her more elven abilities. So far most of her things have been memories, but chances to echo back some of her more physical abilities would be greatly loved. I want her to eventually pick up on sight and hearing as well as elven dexterity.
