The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

Let's pass away some of the rest of the month's quiet.

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

Character: Xander Jarle
Former soldier of the military during 2002 - 2006, was honorably discharged due to the death of his twin brother, Conleth. Did talk to a non-numbered therapist who suggested to record his days on a voice recorder, takes anti-depressants, sleeping pills and occasionally smokes to make it through the day. He moved to Locke in the middle of August with his black Siamese cat, Connor. He's now a grocery store baker, owns a second cat and is presently at war with himself due to his preincarnation's echoes.

Pre-Incarnation: Sandrath
An arch-angel before being corrupted by a substance known as 'demon blood' during several wars. After many years of mentoring another angel and doing nothing, he found a vessel to search the surface for answers, before another angel interfered and made the vessel compensate for two beings instead of one. Along the way, he got some new abilities, became a little bit more crazier before siding with the beings of below. He's a fallen arch-angel now and enjoying his new life in a body of his own, with some interesting opponents springing up from time to time.

Location: Locke
Occupation/Position: Grocery store baker

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Extended family (grandfather on dad's side is very religious), old class-mates from elementary to high school (although Xander's family moved about every few years), military relationship with him, his brother or father. Ex-roomates or ex-boyfriends / girlfriends. Regulars that frequent the bakery section or co-workers. Anyone that he might have saved during the Wise Snake event via the shadows.

Open/Wanted CR: I'm open to any type of CR.
Although, he can be a bit socially awkward at first if it is a friendly conversation since he tends to distance himself from others. He gets better over time, but he's a bit stubborn about opening up about himself. As he echoes back more personality traits from his preincarnation, he will be more sociable and weird.

Haunts: He usually keeps to the bakery section of his work place or the appropriate aisles if he's out getting ingredients and usually spotted walking everywhere. He has listed the street intersections of his apartment on the network about three times now, but he wouldn't appreciate having a stranger drop by without any notice before-hand.

Potential Subjects of Interest: Since he knows what he's becoming, he's starting to keep an eye open for more posts involving angels / demons and supernatural creatures. If someone is a numbered therapist or psychiatrist, he will most definitely consider speaking to them. He tends to keep to himself a lot, so it's hard to say what else may grab his attention aside from posts from his friends.

Other Info: He did make a bunch of baked goods at the start of the month after hearing the murder of a numbered (& former co-worker), before offering it to the network. He has been considering getting a room-mate for a while now (partially due to being injured and if a certain ability did kick in, he'd be helpless with no way of contacting anyone), but hasn't had much success in the past and a tad worried he might do something he may regret due to his 'pulses', plus he has two cats.

Don't know where we can take their CR yet, but Eugen thinks he's a good person from the previous time they met. He frequents bakery since that's usually where he gets bread (cheap ones especially) to stock up (he's poor). Maybe they could strike up some convo there?

That can be do-able. Oh, was he present for when the inanimate objects took over the store? Because Xander kind of got a little sadistic with destroying some of the toothpicks and wooden skewers that invaded the store.

Yes, he got attacked by toothpicks in the library so if he saw what Xander did, he'll probably cheer him on or something, you know whacked them with bakery trays. Though back then, he looked normal, brown hair, amber eyes and looks 24 instead of 16 now.

Ahhh. He'd appreciate that but probably make sure Eugen doesn't get harmed either, blame his military training for that. Although that would explain why he wouldn't recognize him -- assuming that his voice also changed too with being aged down?

Please do that, he's not the most athletic person around (improving now), probably fell flat on his ass or something when he tried hitting those inanimate objects... His voice didn't change, basically his body is forever 16 years old because canonly he's a bioengineered human/living quantum computer terminal, to put it simply. So, Xander might remember his voice but his appearance obviously doesn't match up.

Sure thing. I can make a note on his CR chart that he helped Eugen out during that event, but the lines didn't connect to the dots when they met up in the park since Xander had a lot of things on his mind at the time.

Did you have any plans on when you wanted these two to reunite? I should have asked that earlier but my brain went straight to the inanimate objects for some reason.

Cool! Eugen would recognize Xander but it escaped his mind that Xander wouldn't recognize him.

Hmm, it's probably easiest at the bakery, maybe he comes in and buys the same sort of breads several times until Xander notices it?

The bakery section is probably the best spot to catch him, while he's in the middle of refilling inventory or changing prices. Or seeing him outside of the building, possibly lighting up a cigarette.
