The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

For characters of either status, toss up a comment with your character's reincarnated name, pre-incarnated name, canon, and occupation in the subject line. E.x. "Cinderella | Rarity | My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic | Family Pet" In the body, of course, place any information you see fit; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

Character: Kevin Steele

FBI agent stationed in Locke City when it became apparent that things keep happening. Kind of a hardass. Spends his idle time searching for his sister that disappeared almost a decade ago. Needs friends. Full application available in journal.

Pre-Incarnation: Chrono Harlaown, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

Enforcer, then Admiral, of the space police slash space navy. Takes no shit from anyone. In a female-dominated cast where power levels start in the millions in the first season and rise to letter rankings from there, specializes in control and tactics. Spends his life hunting down a specific magical artifact that killed his father, and gets his revenge in a most satisfying way. Is promoted to a desk job shortly afterward, and promptly put on the last bus out of canon.

Location: Locke City
Occupation/Position: FBI agent, for five or six years. Arrived in Locke about a month ago as of now.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Kevin went to a fairly good school on the East Coast that I have not yet decided on the name of, where he studied criminal justice. He disappeared for almost a year trying to hunt down his sister, during his senior year, and returned a changed man. He lived in Virginia pretty much his whole life before now. Other FBI folks are, of course, welcome; alternately, if you would have been a contact of his before now, that's definitely a thing we can do.

Open/Wanted CR: Kevin's faith in humanity took a pretty big hit when his sister disappeared. So anyone that can spew friendship beams at him will help. Serious-business types are also good, so he can be a terrible person and talk work all day long. And maybe a troublemaker or three he can tell off. Just about anything, really.

Haunts: Just about anywhere. He takes his job seriously. If word leaks of something big going down, he'll be there. If not, he'll be walking the streets, hanging out in whatever coffee shops are handy, and generally being nosy.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Kidnappings will immediately get his attention. Beyond that, he'll regain magic, and he's a student of tactics. I don't have any particularly good ideas here, he'll just pounce sometimes.

Other Info: Kevin is going to be spending a lot of time out and about, and he's going to act like he has a little more authority than he does. This is largely because he's going to treat this as a dangerous situation that he needs to make sure doesn't get any more dangerous. Of course, anyone that can knock him down a peg is probably good. On the flip side, if someone's doing something stupid, he'll try to be on hand to tell you off. Still... he does genuinely gravitate toward the idea of "justice" and will facilitate it wherever possible.

Anything Else?: Kevin will be joining the existing Nanoha cast of Natalie (Nanoha) and Fuyuka (Fate), with a theoretical possible Vivio coming in. I would adore any further castmates; Hayate would be lovely, as would any of the StrikerS folks, but I'm not expecting a whole lot. Just putting it out there. no seriously, watch this show pls kthx

Oh. And, uh, Chrono's anime faces are for someone half Kevin's age. So I'm using a Darker than Black character for a PB, ahaha. If it comes up I'll find something else.

Also if he's been stationed in Locke a bit, that means he may have access to the Robot HQ, so he could likely have met this asshole.

... Though I guess even she's not going to be enough of a brat to try to kick an FBI agent in the face. Still, obviously need to do a lot with you, yes.
