[OOC: It's Jack Frost! Though he's named Jackson Overland, though he goes by Jack still. He's a brunette and has heterochromia, so one of his eyes is blue, the other is brown. No staff yet! XD]

[The rain actually wasn't that cold but it was enough for Jack to put on a blue hooded sweater. Oddly enough, though, he wore flip flops as he made his way down the sidewalk. His hood was up and he blinked at the sudden appearance of the boy staring up at the sky. He tilted his head and walked closer.]
