The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme - August 2014
As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters. If you have an app in that has not been processed, please, don't be shy about commenting around for prospective CR and plans on entry - though, of course, remember that plans will be tentative!

POTENTIAL CHARACTERS
Anthony Janvier | Anthony | Eternal Darkness | Shut-In
Pre-Incarnation: Anthony | Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: N/A
Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His immediate family consists of only two caring but workaholic parents who've been defaulted to in assumption as having educationally-related professions - neither actively desired (unless-well on the off chance one might be entertaining the idea of apping canonmate Paul Luther in which case I'd be fascinated by the potential to lay most anything out) and likely to have by now dropped patience and declared him runaway. He also has quite a host of relatives French-Catholic in background, including one married aunt and several cousins he was particularly close to when he was small. Agreeable, well-read, and eager-to-please as he is, he was also a bit of a teacher's pet in elementary and much of middle school.
Open/Wanted CR: Absolutely anything that'll stick is a constant - however at this point he could definitely do with more people who he can securely consider "friends" as opposed to "people who happen to be nice to him" - encouraging, let's-have-adventures/let's-be-our-normal-except-not-quite-normal-selves-together people. I am also frankly interested in shipping and mutually negative CR but realize that either would be tricky.
Haunts: He spends over 90% of his time in Nick Burkhardt's apartment - but drops by Espresso Yourself occasionally to say hello.
Other Info: With the climate pressing Numbered to settle with/deal with friction and getting on in the normal world, he's inclined to think that cutting the hiding and coming forward, taking charge of their own image, and assuming some trust in authority and basic leap-of-faith decency is the best option - and he's likely to look to discuss organization within the numbered toward a relevant end with other people who don't think that the numbered should keep isolating themselves - he's losing patience and wants to steel up and force himself into usefulness; he went and did so just enough to write a published letter thus far.
He also has a location Echo submission in the poll, but whether or not there'll be planning to be had for it remains to be seen after the poll closes and the connected event kicks off, no doubt!

Xander Jarle / Sandrath | Original
Former soldier of the military during 2002 - 2006, was honorably discharged due to the death of his twin brother, Conleth. Did talk to a non-numbered therapist who suggested to record his days on a voice recorder, takes anti-depressants, sleeping pills and occasionally smokes to make it through the day. He moved to Locke in the middle of August with his black Siamese cat, Connor. He's now a grocery store baker, owns a second cat and is presently at war with himself due to his preincarnation's echoes.
Pre-Incarnation: Sandrath
An arch-angel before being corrupted by a substance known as 'demon blood' during several wars. After many years of mentoring another angel and doing nothing, he found a vessel to search the surface for answers, before another angel interfered and made the vessel compensate for two beings instead of one. Along the way, he got some new abilities, became a little bit more crazier before siding with the beings of below. He's a fallen arch-angel now and enjoying his new life in a body of his own, with some interesting opponents springing up from time to time.
Location: Locke
Occupation/Position: Grocery store baker
Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Extended family (grandfather on dad's side is very religious), old class-mates from elementary to high school (although Xander's family moved about every few years), military relationship with him, his brother or father. Ex-roomates or ex-boyfriends / girlfriends. Regulars that frequent the bakery section or co-workers. Anyone that he might have saved during the Wise Snake or Possessed Car events via the shadows.
Open/Wanted CR: I'm open to any type of CR.
Although, he can be a bit socially awkward at first if it is a friendly conversation since he tends to distance himself from others. He gets better over time, especially now that he's echoed back being more sociable.
Haunts: He usually keeps to the bakery section of his work place or the appropriate aisles if he's out getting ingredients and usually spotted walking everywhere. Most of the time he sticks to staying at his apartment.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Since he knows what he's becoming, he's keeping an eye open for more posts involving angels / demons and supernatural creatures. He tends to keep to himself a lot, so it's hard to say what else may grab his attention aside from posts from his friends.
Other Info: Nothing else to mention aside from him keeping a low profile for the time being.

Robyn Lyre | Ruby Rose | RWBY | Student
Pre-Incarnation: Ruby Rose
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: Student/Retired Superhero?
Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's got some aunts/uncles/cousins around. Probably some fellow classmates or friends. She's only just moved back to Locke after moving across the country for a few years, so there could be some childhood friends in there too.
Open/Wanted CR: Honestly open to just about anything. She probably needs some more people to get annoyed with her antics. If your characters has powers she'd be more than happy to swoon over them as well.
Haunts: Mall, Comic book stores, music stores. Places that serve ice cream.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Superpowers, Music, Video games, general dorky things.
Other Info: Robyn just went through a bad run in with the mob that's left her a little shaken, I'd like to have her run into some numbered people that'll teach her some self defense to help boost her confidence back up.
Her birthday is on the 12th and any of her CR is welcome to come to her birthday party. I'll probably throw a log up about that at some point.

Anthony Sparado | Dante | Devil May Cry | Transient Barista/Bodyguard?
Pre-Incarnation: Dante | Devil May Cry series
Location: Locke City, NJ
Occupation/Position: Serves coffee at Espresso Yourself, also functions a little as a bodyguard/bouncer for the establishment.
Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Well he's been wandering the streets for the better part of his life, so fellow homeless bros are always entertaining. Not much to speak of family wise, but if someone had an idea I'd be totally up for hearing about it?
Open/Wanted CR: I love all the CR, gimmie.
Haunts: He works full time at Espresso Yourself, and hangs out there fairly often even when he's not working. Richard Stroude and Dirk Sutherland's homes are also some of his haunts. Otherwise he does a lot of meandering around town, kid gets around pretty quick for someone who can't drive.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Monsters, ghosts, supernatural type stuff tends to catch his attention. Also if you talk dirt about homeless people he's liable to show up to growl at you, that's also a thing.
Other Info: Uhhhhh I dunno, he dislikes self-important know-it-alls and stuck up rich people who look down at you? He's fairly quiet for the most part, doesn't like getting a lot of attention so he keeps to himself. Unless you've managed to rile up the beast. Ah, aggressive behavior towards him however will earn an aggressive response, one of his echoes makes him quick to go for a fight if he thinks he's being threatened, so keep that in mind in case of negative CR plans.

Occupation/Position: High school student/sort of angel?
Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She has family and friends back in Japan that are open.
Open/Wanted CR: Other students at the school. Honestly, I'm open to everyone getting to know Rakka.
Haunts: Rakka likes to hang around the park and several book stores around Locke. She also goes to the school of course. And she spends a lot of time at the Dians residence.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Rakka loves fantasy and books and other nerd things. It's easy to catch her interest with stuff like that. She's also looking out for other people with echoes of a biblical persuasion.
Other Info: She will be having a run in with the mafia very soon, so there's that. Expect her to be very sad and hurt.
Anything Else?: Still loving this game.
Cecil Keller | Kevin Cecil | Makai Ouji | Mail Carrier
Crazy cat ladyatheist postman with almost no social life whatsoever finds the network and believes he is going nuts just like his good old genes promised him. Sanity is like a bicycle: you need to keep pedaling otherwise you will fall into a ditch. In Cecil's case, sanity must be secured by doing what he thinks is right, regardless of all this reincarnation and superpowers nonsense. He has fenced off possessed lobsters with umbrellas, poked at cultists' souls with his bare hands, and attempted to save kidnapped ladies he barely knew. Focusing on what is in front of him seems way more sensible than contemplating, you know, the existence of aliens.Pre-Incarnation: Kevin Cecil
Former scary archangel of smiting and punishment becomes a derpy Victorian butler who is not Sebastian Michaelis. He does, however, have a tsun young master he adores more than anything between Heaven and Earth and will incinerate bitches for. Too pity Kevin’s divine mission is kind of preventing young master from being seduced by three charming and sexy demons. tl;dr: Kevin’s life is hard. :[
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Occupation/Position: Postal worker
Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He works as a volunteer at his local library, helping teens with their homework. People who live in his delivery area.
Open/Wanted CR: Teenage boys who need a semi-competent father figure would be wonderful and a source of endless echoes. Also, anyone who can sense his recently reacquired divinity. I'm up to anything really, both positive and negative CR are welcome.
Haunts: His delivery route, cafe shops, diners, the local library.
Potential Subjects of Interest: Books, porcelain figurines, rocks, sea shells, the moral decay of today's youth, how performers and artists should get real jobs, Vegas.
Other Info: As a result of his family background, Cecil has always wanted to be "normal". He still tries very hard to stay in the reincarnate closet and is ashamed of what he is. Since that clashes with his increasing protective instincts, he is not as inconspicuous as he would like to be.
