Harpy-boy is mostly hanging out in Germany, though he's making trips to Vegas pretty often. I always love for him to make new friends(and... less-friends sometimes)! Something pretty nasty is about to happen to his cousin and he may actually bother telling people she's his cousin. We'll see! It'll upset him but Julien doesn't like to worry people, so if he talks about it...

I'm a bit at a loss regarding what to do with him, so I've just been going with the flow. He may echo back Miru and Kaku in some form, pigeon mutant mascot-characters.

He has some hacking/breaking and entering skills as well as limited flight. Last year he echoed back a weakened version of the virus that kills loads of birds and uplifts some of the survivors. This version only works on Columbia livia pigeons, is a lot slower, and the chances of survivors being dramatically smarter are lower. The Locke pigeons were hit - some are about as smart as corvids - but the populations in the other two locations are clean. Maybe that should change!
