Inspector Spacetime is Community's expy of Doctor Who. We don't have any Who characters yet, but maybe some day!

It's a pretty close expy, though fandom - exemplified by the tropes article - makes it even closer than the little that's been seen on Community so far. It's a TV series with a low budget, in which the Inspector travels time and space in a telephone booth accompanied by Associates, fighting aliens.
