Hatoful Boyfriend's creator in our world, Moa, still has a white pigeon named Okosan and still loves birds, but when she came up with an interspecies dating sim on April 1st, she came up with Jurassic Heart. It looks like a joke, lampoons and subverts a lot of dating sim tropes, and is surprisingly deep, dark, and thoughtful once you sink past the ludicrous premise! As a human girl stranded on an island of revived sentient prehistoric reptiles, you teach them civilization and choose which dinosaurs to associated with most closely to avoid being eaten. Refreshingly, it averts "predators are always evil and hostile, herbivores are always benevolent, and the two are always in conflict", as Goldeyes the Acrocanthosaurus is mysterious but protective, Coldfoot the Utahraptor is sweet and nurturing, and the Kentrosaurus Wallside may end up impaling quite a few characters just to watch them die, including Goldeyes and the player, if picked. But they all get along okay-ish on the surface.
The player character names all the dinosaurs herself, but fandom and Moa usually use these default names. Julien is vaguely familiar with this visual novel, he has friends who are fans and he's watched them play it, but he's not really a fan himself.
The person or persons who in our world created Jurassic Heart created My Manatee Is So Manly in this one.
