[HIS NAME IS NOW KEN KAZUAKI.

There was a heavy downpour, with thunder and lightning accompanying it. Ken was just heading to his favorite restaurant after a long, boring day at the office. However, he never expected such a downpour to happen. He didn't even bother to bring an umbrella along while going out. So unfortunately to Ken, he comes in soaking wet, with his hair covering a part of his face.]

Damn, what a day.

[There's a definite tone of frustration coming from his voice. All he wanted was to sit back, and get himself warmed up from this place's food. And maybe a towel as well. He's still wet.]

Hey.

[The greeting's automatic, but Hajime looks up from the counter he's busy wiping down at hearing his friend's frustration. He's got another towel he hasn't used yet, and he tosses it to Ken.]

They've been calling for rain for days. What did you expect?

[He'll give Hajime a nod of thanks once he catches that towel. Ken drapes it around his head as he dries up his hair and sighs as Hajime finishes.]

If only today were a lot more interesting. The weather only made it worse.

[And he'll slump onto his seat near the counter. Have you ever seen your best friend in a rather terrible mood? Well you're definitely seeing him doing that today. Quick, cheer him up with something.]

[Hajime's wondering what's got Ken in such a foul mood, but of course he can't just go out and ask that. He sets Ken's usual drink on the counter.]

We're still on for tonight?

[They had a plan, in which they would attempt to go out to a club and meet girls with some of Ken's coworkers.]

[For tonight? Wait wait wait wait WAAAIT. Give Ken a sec before he wracks his brai-- Oh right, they have plans for tonight. He almost forgot about that. He'll put up a small smile, which is then followed by a chuckle.]

Heh, of course.

[He'll finish his drink before putting up a grin. At least that will get him excited for tonight. Looks like Hajime did a good job at lifting his spirits.]

[Hajime's not the most fond of going out and being social, but he supposed trying to go out and have fun wasn't going to be so bad. And he'd seen some of Ken's coworkers before; some of the girls weren't bad looking...

As long as they didn't end up at a karaoke bar. He didn't think he'd be able to handle that.]
