As much as I still doubletake seeing a character with my actual name being mentioned, Nick's a pretty great character (but then, we Nicks are an exceptional breed in general.) and I'm also looking forward to throwing that curveball at them.
The plan is for Vanessa to get up to some crime pretty soon too.
