TEST DRIVE MEME: Good weather?

IT'S SPRING
I almost literally can't believe it isn't snowing right now just to piss me off.
How it Works
Due to the nature of Save the Earth, it's a more complicated process to play in than most other games. With this in mind, it can't hurt to experiment a little.
Post your character and in the comment share a few details regarding their reincarnation. Repeat if you have multiple ideas you want to try out, as many as you like. It's also suggested that you set a scene and there's a few prompts below to help there, but think outside the box if you like. Then tag around to other threads and help your fellow prospective players to test out their characters and the variations on them. Don't be afraid to presume a little CR to make a scene flow more freely, or to assume an Echo or two. If you have an app, complete or in progress, you might want to link it.
Current players may also use these meme to test out specific future Echoes, or as a general meme. Certain scenarios may even be transferred to game canon if both parties agree and it does not conflict with in game events.
Prompt 1: Location
The Park
The sun has got his hat on, hip hip hip whatever go to the park.
Ice Cream Parlour
Don't lie, this is the first place you want to go the moment the sun even half appears.
The Pool
That, or here.
At Home
Because naturally when it's a nice day you want to cower inside.
Barbecue Party
Abandoning all paranoia, everyone has turned up at a barbecue. It's the wildest party imaginable.
Beach
Apparently Locke City has one. I bet it's nice.
Country Hike
All that nature out there can be visited too.
The Street
Oh man, this is the worst location prompt ever. I apologise.
Prompt 2: Event
Suddenly, Rain
And here's you in just a white shirt and short shorts.
A Public Echo
One of those places up there triggers an inexplicable Echo. Are you going to have to grab a hat to hide those new horns? Maybe it's even your first.
A Date
I hear nice weather gets people in the mood for romance. I'm against it, personally.
Here on Business
Mysterious goings on have been detected in the area and it's your job to check them out. Some suggested shenanigans could include plants that try to eat people, a red herring new statue or maybe this thing popping out from behind a bush to play a saxophone in an irritating manner. Go nuts.
Getting Used to a New Echo
Maybe this one is a pain in the butt, either if because it's noticeable or hard to control. Or maybe you just like to practice.
Everything is Normal
Things aren't bizarre 24/7, you know.
Alien Invasion
The Martians* are attacking! They want our brains/world/women/hot dogs. Take these freaks out... or cower in terror.
*Martians are not actual Save the Earth villains.
Genesis Rhapsodos | Final Fantasy VII | Suddenly, Rain
Well, this was a rather lovely day at the beach, even if it leave Genevieve a bit more sunburned than she had planned. She groaned, scratching at her neck and adjusting her book bag. At least she had some aloe vera at home. Man, and tomorrow was going to be another hot day she couldn't wear much to cover the redness. Just her luck.
Which just got worse as the heavens opened up and rain suddenly fell upon the city. Genevieve paused, looking rather annoyed as her clothes were soaked within minutes, her book bag, thankfully, made a thicker stuff and she didn't have to worry about it just yet. And yet, there she stood.
In the rain. She looked up, blinking at the gray skies. "Really? You just couldn't wait until I was inside?"

Elaine, most of her face obscured by huge sunglasses and a broad-brimmed hat, smiled broadly at the woman as she stumped back away from the shore.
She was a tiny woman, not much over four feet tall with somewhat stubby limbs and thick hair in an unnatural-looking shade of red, carrying a bulky tote. It was hard to tell her age. "Oh, lass, y'look miserable! Come now out of the rain, there's an awning just over this way."
no subject
"I probably look as miserable as I feel," She laughed softly, walking over to the other woman. "Can you show me? I can't seem to see it."
no subject
"Elaine Kendall."

Like a faint memory that she was struggling to grab but failing miserably. Then again, all she had was an emotion to go on, rather than any specific memory.

It wasn't much, a canvas roof stretched above a couple spider-covered picnic tables, but it was drier. Elaine went and stood on one of the benches to get a bit more height, removed her hat and shades, and pulled a shell-patterned towel out of her tote. "Here lass, you need it more'n me."
no subject
Taking the towel, she went for her hair first. She wrung it out and then pressed the towel to it. "I've only recently heard about these... strange happenings. And the odd network. What's going on, do you know?"

Rain was actually the preferred mode of weather when sunlight made you increasingly uncomfortable. Lyall kept an umbrella in his car at all times, mostly for problems of too much sun these days, but it came in handy when it was used for its original purpose, too.
So he was heading back to said car, umbrella actually in hand, when he passed poor Genevieve looking miserable and wet. He paused and angled the umbrella to cover her, as well. "Bad timing, I take it," he commented with a sympathy.

Genevieve blinked when the rain suddenly stopped and she looked up and found the umbrella blocking the falling water. She looked over at the owner and smiled softly, her cheeks turning pink in embarrassment at having been caught like this.
"Yes, I suppose so," She finally said, fiddling with the strap of her bag. "Rain isn't usually my thing."
no subject
"This is probably terribly forward of me, but were you heading somewhere? I could give you a ride." He wouldn't have offered to a semi-stranger, in general, let alone a young lady, lest it be taken badly... but he knew her from the network. And they all at least tried to trust each other a little, there.
no subject
She paused for a moment, before considering his offer. "Um, sure. I could use a ride."
