The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

A return of the CR Meme - trying something a tad different this time as a combination of regular CR/Plotting Meme and actively-encouraged Relation-By-Reincarnation (or more plainly pre-game CR) meme, open for both plotting between and with characters currently in-game and pre-hashing things out for ones you've got under consideration or pending - see if you might benefit from setting them up with a running start!

For purposes of organization, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

For characters of either status, toss up a comment and any information you see please; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

Character: Sam Middleton/Sadao Maou/Satan

The former lord of all demons, he was defeated by a mighty hero and forced to flee to another world. That world was, of course, modern day Earth. Without any of his resources and almost none of his power, he is forced to attempt to fit in to the 21st century and build a new life while he plots his revenge!

In THIS life, he's a college drop out who's putting a weed problem behind him so that he can make rent. He also likes D&D.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Already established as having Chris Okabe as his roommate. He grew up in New York in a hella posh neighborhood, which is near Locke City, so it's conceivable he might know people who are also from the Big Apple. Also he had one year of college before dropping out due to bad grades.

Open/Wanted CR: I want Sam to make friends with various holy crusader types of characters. Then as his true demonic nature and powers slowly start becoming more and more obvious, there can be ~drama~.

Other Info: He draws his power from the negative emotions (anger, fear, etc.) of others. I want at LEAST one event where he get supercharged by being in the middle of a riot or screaming mob or something.

It normally seems to take crowds of people to give him any noticeable amount of power, but he might notice an exceptional amount of bitter asshole coming out of Bakura.

Welp, the Dians love to make buddies, even ones that smell like their old college roommates. And they do have some drama filled emotions bottles up somewhere.

I can't imagine the Dians having ANY negative emotions. That's a lie yes I can but it's tricky.

Right now he's seriously freaked out not just by how he can sense masses of negative emotions, but by how enticing they are. It's like smelling a perfectly cooked steak dinner. So I need some busybodies to bring this fact out into the open somehow.

Oh god, he gets power from negative emotions? Once Shiro goes FULL HOLLOW, he's literally just a bundle of negative emotions. That's Hollows' whole deal, being unrestrained human emotion and instinct.
