The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

A return of the CR Meme - trying something a tad different this time as a combination of regular CR/Plotting Meme and actively-encouraged Relation-By-Reincarnation (or more plainly pre-game CR) meme, open for both plotting between and with characters currently in-game and pre-hashing things out for ones you've got under consideration or pending - see if you might benefit from setting them up with a running start!

For purposes of organization, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

For characters of either status, toss up a comment and any information you see please; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

OH i think it was just, Kotetsu and Bakura chatting in Japanese sometime. but i am always down with trolling :3c

bakura's usually on text on the network, though, right? so maybe in an open log or smth?? or closed log, idk i'm down with whatever /o/
