The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

A return of the CR Meme - trying something a tad different this time as a combination of regular CR/Plotting Meme and actively-encouraged Relation-By-Reincarnation (or more plainly pre-game CR) meme, open for both plotting between and with characters currently in-game and pre-hashing things out for ones you've got under consideration or pending - see if you might benefit from setting them up with a running start!

For purposes of organization, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

For characters of either status, toss up a comment and any information you see please; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

PROS: he was on basically every sports team in high school and he's doing lacrosse this semester he's basically The Shit
CONS: WHAT AN ASSHOLE!!! also skyler might automatically relegate lloyd to loser/bait status unless they get off on the right foot. :o but i think lloyd would be good for him if he could take one second to dig his head out of his ass. IDEAS?

I knew I forgot to reply to something this afternoon...

Hi Skyler! Lloyd is good at getting people's heads out of their asses, yes. He does have a low tolerance for jerks, but he can manage to get close to them anyway? Though in canon that was usually because they were traveling together. But...hmm, yeah. There's definitely a lot of ways this could start. Would you prefer a rockier beginning or having Lloyd immediately catch his attention on a more positive note?

Hmm... Maybe this is something we could put on a backburner until a real situation rolled around? Because I'd love for Skyler to start with a positive impression of Lloyd, even if Lloyd doesn't feel as optimistic about it, and I feel like a good reaction in some kind of emergency situation would be the only real way to pull it off at this point in time. I don't mind them butting heads a few times before that goes down, but I'd love for them to be friends later! Skyler deeeeffffinitely needs some good influences in his life, and the fact that they're kind of struggling against some cosmic alien foe together is going to make him get used to some things he doesn't want to, including being a decent human being. Skyler's gonna need a LOT of patience, though. Is that something you'd be ok with?

Okay! Or we could even think up a situation if wanted to if something pops up. Lloyd's not really a fighter yet, but he does stick up for people and look out for them and idealism everywhere like normal. Ah ha, hey, Lloyd has managed with some difficult people before, and as long as he can tell you have the capacity to be better and part of you wants to change, he won't give up. So yeah, I'm fine with that!

as long as you're cool with it! :o I'm not sure how familiar lloyd is with kratos (yet) (hehe) but i'm planning on having him break up a fight between skyler and someone else because of reasons as of yet unplanned. that's not the GREATEST of starts, but depending on what lloyd was fighting skyler about, maybe they could start from there?

They've been getting some CR so far, though they aren't on super great terms. Kratos nearly ran him over once. But yeah, if we can't think of anything else and if you can't find someone you don't mind starting their relationship with a fight, I think I can work with that! Lloyd fought several of his party members first, after all XD

All right! Yeah, this weekend was more me getting my time management figured out again, but I'll probably make a post with Lloyd in the next day or two. He can always backtag if you wanna be certain of how plans are going.

oooh dang i have been out for a bit longer than i had planned uou additionally, given the recent activity going on at the high school, i feel like it'd be best to keep the conflict between skyler and mr locke and just skip to the part where mr locke drags skyler away. uou having two network related meltdowns seems like a bit much in just a week. BUT i will totally tag into one of lloyds posts as soon as i can!
