The All-Purpose CR/Plotting Meme

A return of the CR Meme - trying something a tad different this time as a combination of regular CR/Plotting Meme and actively-encouraged Relation-By-Reincarnation (or more plainly pre-game CR) meme, open for both plotting between and with characters currently in-game and pre-hashing things out for ones you've got under consideration or pending - see if you might benefit from setting them up with a running start!

For purposes of organization, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

I need an excuse for them to talk... Uh, I do have one thought. Winter is likely paying a little less attention than usual in class because she's trying to keep an eye out and make sure everyone's still okay, after the whole thing with people zoning out at random; Richard is welcome to call her on it? I mean, she wouldn't stand out otherwise; she's generally a model student.

Ooo yes, if he knows she pays good attention usually, he might just ask about it, especially if she say stares at someone zoning out! He'd probably call her out right after class ends.
