Test drive

Scenarios:
> Transportation/travel. You're at an airport or train station, whether to escape or take a tour to a strange-events hotspot, or plain go on an innocent vacation. Mix up your bags or timetables, grab a pre-ride snack, chat up those with the same destination, get or give directions, find yourself receiving an ill-timed item Echo in front of security - whatever you can think up!
> It's raining men vi har paraply It's raining, so seek shelter... Or run into someone because your umbrella is blocking your view, or jump into puddles and get everyone else wetter than they should be.
> Grab a coffee or get a letter You're at work, whatever that is; a coffee shop perhaps, or maybe you work for the FBI or as a kindergarten teacher, or something else entirely. Either way, things happen - maybe you only do your job, but maybe the supernatural suddenly impacts you in ways that you didn't plan on...
> Say - is that one of those superhumans you've spied on the street? Yes, I do believe it is - you've seen them on the news/read about them, that or their looks give them away! Go on and ask questions of them, be it for serious answers or an autograph, depending on who you are.
> ...And it looks like you're a superhuman yourself. Looks like that hollowed-out feeling you got was followed by a mutation, or some strange thing in your brain. How're you going to come to grips with it? Maybe you received something right in the middle of the street, or while riding the bus, at school, or maybe on a date...

Yelena/Yang Xiao Long | RWBY
[And it looks like they're got into some trouble. A few mob goons had cornered one of these seedling people, and it sure as hell didn't look like they were after autographs. Like hell she wasn't going to get involved, not when she's in a position to help!
None of the goons have even noticed her yet. Good. So, she'll just nochalantly stroll up and suckerpunch the closest mobster in the head.]
Hey you!
[However, the second she does, she suddenly has a flashback of somekind? The memory of punching another unaware suited goon surfaces, and like that, it was over...]
Wildcard/Etc. Throw something else at me or make up your own!

So when she heard someone coming up and speaking, she peeked out from under the hood of her shirt. A slightly relived look crosses her face as she send a large red orb into the stomach of another mobster, trying to keep them off of her savior.]
no subject
[The one left standing, another augmented mobster, was telling her she shouldn't have interfered, before drawing a knife and advancing on Yelena.] You're kidding, right? I'm not letting you hurt some kid! Bet you weren't expecting me, huh?
no subject
Bad man should go away! No stealing kids!
[Even though she was trying to fight..she still looked terrified.]

[The orb managed to hit the guy in the hand and make him drop his weapon as well as stun him, giving Yelena the perfect chance to go at him with a powerful right hook. The force of her blow, backed by a lot of righteous fury, sent him off his feet. Once down, she kneed him in the face, making sure he's out cold.]
Yeah, you guys just stay right there. This kid's not going anywhere!
no subject
After a deep breath, she looked up at the woman that took the men out mostly.]
...You are a good person...right? Or is this a 'I'm taking her' thing?
no subject
Noticing the girl had calmed down a bit, she smiled softly at her.]
I'm not going to hurt you or take you away, okay?
[Figuring out what that memory meant can wait until later.]
no subject
[...She's seriously confused. Blame the gang member she ran into one day. BUT she's still going to go with it.]
They didn't like anyone different. I dunno what they wanted to do...But thank you for helping me.
[Of course she she is going to be shy.]
no subject
Come on, let's go before they start waking up.

Dani stared at the offered hand for a moment before taking it with the tiniest of smiles. Even though it did occur to her about her wings.]
Okay Miss...Thank you. Oh...People will see my wings though.
no subject
Just tell them it's a costume or something. And call me Yelena.
no subject
[A bright smile from a shy little girl. although she's still nervous about her wings, keeping them close to her back.]
I guess so..but what if more come and see?
no subject
[She figures if she doesn't go flapping them, she'd be okay, and the whole costume idea might work. Dani's wings looked like metal and stuff, so that helps.]
Do you live near here, or do we have to go on a hike?
no subject
[Not a issue, as she tended to keep them still until she was alone or with people who knew.
But she shakes her head a bit and points to a nice area just up the road.]
No..I'm in the neighborhood just a few blocks away. I was coming home from the park when I got caught like that.
no subject
Alright, show me the way, and we'll be there in no time.
no subject
Okay! I can do that.
[And away she leads!, keeping her eyes to the ground though.]
no subject
Going after kids, though... That really p- uh, I mean ticks me off!

So, she had ducked down this side street and reached for that item when... one of the thugs goes down hard, from a surprise punch to the back of the head.]
Uh....
[For a moment, she just blinks and stares and then the standing thugs turn their attention to the new arrival and begin to spread out.]
What do you think you're doing? Get out of here, before--
[And then there's a flash of memory and she stops dead. Wait, this girl. She... knows her?]
no subject
Helping you out. These guys don't exactly have your health in mind!
[Okay, why did the other girl just stop like that? Well, never mind that, she can't get distracted.]
I can take 'em.
no subject
Still, that feeling of familiarity is hard to shake off... and more so, the quiet confidence that her presence seems to bring. Almost like she knows that this person... whoever she is, is somebody she can count on to watch her back.]
"Fuck it, just take both of them out."
[Blake's thoughts are rudely interrupted as the downed man gets back up and the group splits into pairs, two for each of them, and reach into their pockets, snapping out long, metal batons. Blake narrows her eyes and takes a few slow steps back, reaching into her bag and taking hold of the hilt of weapon inside, waiting for all hell to break loose....]
no subject
Why don't you guys just walk away? That way, we won't need to crack some skulls!
[She's waiting for them to make the first move, so she'd be able to use their own momentum against them and take them out.]
More wildcardish
Luckily this time around she she had echoed back some increased agility after the last time and just barely managed to get away from them before she got treated to another beating at the hands of those punks.
When it looks like she's finally safe, she'll let out a heavy sigh and slump over a nearby bench.]
O-okay... Score one for the good guys...
no subject
Hey, Robyn. You're a hard girl to find!
[Okay, she looks safe, so that's a plus.]
no subject
Wha-Woa-Hey! I am? I mean-yeah-IguessIam.
[Being hard to find was what she wanted right about now.]
You were... looking for me?
no subject
Geeze, I get they must be feeling inadequate in a certain place, but there's pills for that!
[She saved a little girl from getting attacked or kidnapped by a few of these guys...]
