The most classic of all late night party games. I shouldn't even have to explain this one.

But I will anyways!

1: Post a comment with your character saying saying "truth" or "dare"
2: If you said Truth, someone can ask you any question and you have to answer it honestly.
3: If you said Dare, someone can tell you to do something and you have to do it.
4: If you can't decide which, post two comments. We don't have to follow societies conventions here!
4: Chaos ensues.

Wow, I wish I had that much to spend on food let alone a dress. [She's definitely not envious at all.] And I suppose you'd have to be a little creative to win at that gamble, anyways.

I've been doing this since I was four. And no, before you get on my case, I'm not advocating child pageants. If anything, I should know they're screwed up. *sigh* You really do. A lot of this takes more talent than anyone gives you credit for.
