Let us have another round of the CR/Plotting Meme, all - as before, open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE!

As with before, there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He's a Locke High student, so he's always open for people to know him from there! I would also love any and all relatives, though sadly his immediate family is pretty much limited to him and his mother and his dad who lives in Hawaii.
