A simple meme. Post a comment describing a hypothetical meeting between the Save the Earth AU version of your character (IE the one in this game) and the original version (IE the one straight out of the TV show/book/game.) either with a description of their opinions or with an actually written out conversion.

Also, if you like, you can continue by way of tagging other people's posts, and threading out an encounter between your StE AU and their Original Flavor version. Or between your your Original Flavor and their StE AU.

[WELP, THAT WAS NICE WHILE IT LASTED. Danny drops the intangibility, since it's obviously not doing anything.]

That's alright, I got plenty more where that came from!

[He swings his leg up and kicks the freak in the face. He doesn't do it as hard as he can, but then again, with superhuman strength, he rarely needs to.]

Good! Show me everything you've got! I love to play with my food before I eat it!

[the kick connects; he doesn't even bother to try and block it. His mask cracks ever so slightly at the impact, but the "wound" seals itself back up. Sure it smarts. Hurts like hell, actually; his mask is very sensitive. But does he show it?

Not a bit.

With a laugh, Zangetsu puts his hand on Danny's face, squeezing]

My turn.

[time for his signature "slam his opponent into the ground by their face" move.

It needs a catchier name]

[...okay. This is a little concerning. That's alright, though, stay calm. Now Danny knows what he's capable of. Just gotta get out of the way before he crushes his face.

Thankfully, the ground beneath him provides an escape. He goes intangible again and sinks underground. Even if he can't phase out of Zangetsu's grip, he can at least phase into the ground until his hand only has dirt to grasp onto.]

[He tilts his head, then stomps his clawed foot on the ground. He shakes the dirt off his hand. Irritating. This ground must be completely part of the living world for him to be able to do that]

Hey! Are you hiding? Come out! We're not done playing yet. [he stabs his sword into the ground approximately where Danny sank into it. A blade meant to cut souls should have no problem cutting into a little ghost boy]

Whoa!

[He almost dodges it. Almost. He sank into the ground pretty quickly, but he wasn't expecting the blade, and the tip of it ends up a few inches into his shoulder. It's not so bad right now, but it could get really nasty if he doesn't get it fixed.

He maneuvers underground quickly and then pops out a good thirty feet away, invisible first before popping back into view. He's hovering in mid-air and begins tossing ecto-blasts at the guy.]

[he giggles, a sound that might be sort of funny if it weren't so terrifying. He pulls his blade from the ground, admiring that nice green goop on the tip.

Which he licks.

He shudders]

Oh that is every bit as wonderful as I thought it would be. I need more!

[The incoming green blasts seem to be a bit more dangerous than the kick. They're full of reishi compressed into non-elemental blasts. Zangetsu readies his blade and slashes the air diagonally with his blade, unleashing a shockwave that destroys the blasts destined to hit him. The others hit the ground near him] Not bad, not bad. What else have you got?

[is he toying with Danny? Maybe. He's certainly not attacking as ferociously as he could be. It's been so long since he's had fun]
