She likely would have largely ignored Reimu, had it not been for the "Hey I know you!" Echo.

That made her give the shrine maiden a closer look, though. She has a feeling that Reimu has that best possible attribute you can find in a friend: The ability to put up with your stupid shit.

Pity she's kind of a grump, though.
