Marisa is not much of a worrier, but what little worrying there is in her soul is brought forth by this poor bastard. She sees a guy who is, quite literally, rotting to pieces before the horrified eyes of the Network and, well, that shit is seriously creepy. Then to top it off he's getting this morbid "I don't care if I get hurt because I can't feel it" attitude? Jesus Tony stop that shit right now!

But at the same time she has this idea in her head that it he knew she basically pitied him he would get mad at her, so she kind of just bottles it up and puts on a strong face for him. She can't quite bring herself to act like her normal goofy self, but she can at least keep above the "shh shh oh baby shh it will be okay I will make it better" level. Because that shit would get annoying really fast.
