CR TL;DR Meme yeaaah

CR TL;DR Meme

rules are fairly straightforward but:

1. post with your characters
2. comment around asking other people about your characters' cr
3. get tl;dr about how their characters feel about yours and give tl;dr to whoever comments to you
4. have tl;dr discussions if you want to, reuse shit for cr charts, etc.

So, let me tell you a little bit about Asuka first, because let's be honest, that's how her mind works.

Asuka has been alone her entire life. Well, both lives, but this one is a lot more subtle and possibly worse for it. She's never really connected to anybody at all - this was kind of a subconscious choice in her old life but in this one she just doesn't know how. Her parents ignore her and she's got an extremely complex relationship with her own intelligence and self-worth that means she doesn't feel like she has anything in common with anybody and they're probably not worth talking to anyway.

The Network changed all of that. Suddenly she's part of something big and exciting and special that she can really be passionate about that isn't locking herself in her room and studying. A big central part of that is these Echoes/Pulses/Memories/whatever they are and fully half of those so far feature This Guy. She's willing to put just enough faith in these Echoes being legit to realize this means she's connected to someone way more than she ever has been before. It scares her in some ways, but in others she's happy to finally have some kind of a bond with someone.

That said, he's...not her ideal choice in Destined Superhero Partner, to say the least. Frankly if she didn't remember working with the guy he'd be completely unremarkable and probably quickly dismissed. That, however, has got her curious. She remembers being friends with him - not that she actually knows what friendship is on a conscious level - and she can't figure out why they were friends, given his present personality. That has her curious, and in this lifetime, Asuka's curiosity trumps even her narcissism and impatience. She knows that on the surface Shinji's a boring coward (in her opinion), but she's convinced herself that there's got to be more to him and that she's the one who's going to figure it out. It's for his own good, really, but not really because she's actually just being really controlling and doesn't know how not to drive people off and this will probably end in tears and chokeholds again.

But for now he's basically a project sorry.
