rules are fairly straightforward but:

1. post with your characters
2. comment around asking other people about your characters' cr
3. get tl;dr about how their characters feel about yours and give tl;dr to whoever comments to you
4. have tl;dr discussions if you want to, reuse shit for cr charts, etc.

Luci doesn't really know Marisa, so she can't really base much of her impression of her on anything outside of reputation. She's at least heard things about her, although not much--she knows she's the one behind the lights that she saw on November 1st, and honestly, that's the biggest thing that's stayed in her mind. It's not because of the girl herself, but what she's able to do; she wonders if their abilities aren't similar, since she feels a strange kinship in that regard.

Other than that, she's heard that Marisa is a bit rough around the edges. She doesn't know her well, not for not trying, but because they haven't had an opportunity to really talk to her.
