rules are fairly straightforward but:

1. post with your characters
2. comment around asking other people about your characters' cr
3. get tl;dr about how their characters feel about yours and give tl;dr to whoever comments to you
4. have tl;dr discussions if you want to, reuse shit for cr charts, etc.

Julien's been a pretty big help ever since Danny found the network, whether it was just explaining the basics and getting him up to speed when he first found it, or offering him a place to stay for the night while he accidentally possessed a dude. He doesn't talk about it that much but seriously, Julien's done him some major solids when he needed it. If it came down to it and he could actually do something, Danny would be happy to return the favor to the best of his ability someday.

Although the bird virus thing is pretty weird... yeah, Danny doesn't know what to do with that. If pigeons do take over city hall Danny is going to blame him, both for their new bird overlords and for all the people on the conspiracy forums going "I KNEW IT!!! I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG!"

Awww. Julien enjoys helping people. Partly that's selfish, he loves the sense of being on top of things, competent, trustworthy.
