TEST DRIVE MEME
> The Park. Man, what a nice day out. Why not enjoy it? I'm sure -- shit, yep, there's some echo monsters.
> The Mall. Exactly what it says on the tin! Dodge the hordes of teenage mallrats or take part, whichever suits your tastes.
> Rainy Day. Agh, it's fucking awful out. And is it raining those vermilion things?? Now you've got an Echo to contend with on top of everything else. Find some shelter, quick!

[You just found yourself a companion in this endeavour. LET'S GIVE GIFTS TO EVERYONE BECAUSE CHRISTMAS IS ABOUT EVERYONE FEELING HAPPY AND WARM INSIDE.]

Or we could make lots of little things and make it into a lucky dip for everyone!

[Allergies weren't something that she thought about when thinking about this plan before, since they haven't really cropped up on people that she knows and thus are not really present to her. But she knows what they are, and easily enough involves them in her plans. Nobody should feel excluded, after all.] Or we could have non-edible options if someone says that they can't have food. We could hang them up, that would be like a lucky dip but with two sides, and everyone can pick either from the normal side or from the one for people with allergies.

I like the idea of hanging them up! Like stockings! We could do a different one for children as well!

[She chews her lower lip for a moment and seems to bring her legs under herself to tilt her upper body forward towards whatever she is using as a screen.]
But if you give adults different things from what you give children, both sides will probably turn out incredibly boring because that is what usually happens. Next you will give all boys matchbox cars and all girls tiaras, and women... flowers and men ties. [Not that those things are bad {though let's be real ties are only fun when you dress up, they seem to indicate utmost boredom at all other times, and so does giving someone flowers, you only do that when it gets really stuffy}, but if everyone gets the same in groups like that, what you get is mindless mass processing and boredom, in her experience, because the putting thought in tends to stop with "let's split things up", or something. She's not sure, but if you don't have categories people usually have more creative ideas and it's more fun, and more people get things they like.]
