TEST DRIVE MEME
> The Park. Man, what a nice day out. Why not enjoy it? I'm sure -- shit, yep, there's some echo monsters.
> The Mall. Exactly what it says on the tin! Dodge the hordes of teenage mallrats or take part, whichever suits your tastes.
> Rainy Day. Agh, it's fucking awful out. And is it raining those vermilion things?? Now you've got an Echo to contend with on top of everything else. Find some shelter, quick!
> PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, HOW FUN
> The most horribly kitschy Arts and Crafts Fair you can imagine.
> NEW YEARS. What better way to start out the new year than to learn that everything you know is a lie? Or if you are already acquainted with the network pass out some resolutions.
> A food fight has just broken out in the cafeteria. Join? Flee? The choice is yours alone.
> Wild Card! Make up your own.

[She can't lift herself AND Chuck into the air, so she's starting to descend! The kicking has stopped, at least, as she's too busy focusing on hanging on to the broom.]
I said let! Go!
no subject
Just hand over your stuff already and I'll stop!

[An awkward stalemate develops. She can't get up into the sky while he's hanging on, but he can't drag her down.]
no subject
[this is the clumsiest fight he has ever gotten into in his entire life, what is even going on right now
Chuck can't figure out a way to get at her without letting her go, so he tries yanking her down with as much force as he can muster in one arm, and then leaping forward to try and full-body tackle her to the ground.]

Ow...
no subject
He manages to weigh it down enough, though, that he gets his feet back on the ground. And then he adjusts his grip while turning around, his back to Marisa, and rears back...to launch the broom forward into the air like a javelin.
That done, he turns back to Marisa and kneels down over her to effectively lock her in place on the ground and starts patting her pockets down for any sign of a phone or money.]
Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you if you just stay calm!
no subject
[Before he can ask what she doesn't feel bad about, he heard a swishing sound. He has about one second before the broom, which has gone in a huge flying arc, comes back and nails him at high speeds in the back of the head.]
no subject
That is the sound of a broom handle hitting him in the back of the head.
He's in the middle of checking her jacket pockets when it happens, so his hands just slip out the pockets while he starts swaying side to side. And then...he leans to the left, falling off of Marisa and collapsing on the ground next to her in a heap.
He is murmuring something unintelligible as he turns into a puddle of Blood Key.]
no subject
[What the hell was that? Good thing he seems too insensate to remember that terrible terrible line.
Marisa grabs her broom and runs.]
no subject
Too bad a few seconds is all Marisa needs to get away. That encounter could have gone far better.]
