Ivy's Arthur's granny who came to Locke to bring him home where there were no gangs or earthquakes or bomb scares and ended up getting an echo via being stabbed by an umbrella. She is now committed to staying here with him and fighting the bad guys because, well, that's what you DO when these things happen, right? She's under the impression that it's her destiny to become Puff Bonnet, the oldest living magical girl, but actually no, she's going to be a vampire.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's a widow but she does have a son (Arthur's dad) and a daughter and other grandchildren besides Arthur, though they're mostly in Texas.

Open/Wanted CR: I'd love for Ivy to get her dotty old lady on with, like, pretty much everybody. But especially vampires. For Reasons.

Other Info: Eventually she's going to get her youth back and go vampire but I'm in no rush.

Pre-Incarnation: Personification of the country. Super cute and bubbly man.

Now she's a super cute and bubbly lady in her mid-twenties, over from Sweden to work as an interior designer.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She has a big family that I'd love for her to get to play with, if anyone wants to play an older sibling or a niece or nephew. Otherwise, there's coworkers or she frequented the coffee shop where Siiri works for a year before finding the network.

Open/Wanted CR: She needs friends! She's likely to mother people younger than her, but that is also a thing that I am more than happy to play out.

Other Info: She's not had many echos so far, and she's still half thinking that she was some kind of housewife in her past life. As mentioned before she frequents coffee shops, and she also attends the Nordic church now Siiri's introduced her to it.

High school student, shy nerd and a quiet flower shop employee. And also future magical girl, which she's not exactly happy about.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Well, she is a student at Locke City High School, so classmates are always an option. Plus people might have seen her working for the as-of-yet-unnamed-flower-shop (because I suck at names, whoops, I should really get on that...) every now and then, as she has a part-time job there. As for family, she's an only child so siblings are out, but I'm open to extended family.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything and everything really, since I'm still kind of getting her settled into the game. But since she's such a shy and closed-off girl, people who can get her to open up are especially welcome. Friends, enemies, what have you.

Open/Wanted CR: Anything is welcome! Rei is extremely complacent and at peace with the fact that she doesn't really have any friends. Soren is that obnoxious kid who trolls everyone on the network all the time, you've probably encountered him already. He's really a kinda shy and awkward video gamer in real life, who doesn't have a lot of friends or anything but is actually a normal and smart and nice kid.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Mostly what I would want is pre-network friends! Soren's in his first year of highschool so anyone who would be the same age (or maybe a year younger depending on the character?) who's a video game nerd would be awesome CR. Other than that I can't think of anything though, unless someone wants to maybe just be an online friend, like a guildmate or something?

Open/Wanted CR: I can't think of anything, I'm really open when it comes to CR. Ideally I want him to have more friends or mentors or something but he can be obnoxious and abrasive online so that's hard to get haha.

Other Info: Soren isn't going to be going to school any more after talking it over with his dad and deciding homeschooling was a better option, so school encounters are out. Anyone who ends up hanging out at Davin's safehouse will see him there a lot though! dallen is not as rambly as davesprite is, more prone to keeping his responses short & sweet if he could help it. he's direct and to the point most of the time, and appears to be a seriously lazy/unmotivated person (much to the dismay of his twin sister, harper oops) but mostly he feels there's not much point in trying too hard anyway.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: pre-network friends would be awesome! dallen attends public school and usually hangs around a bunch of people that he'd have no problem treating out to dinner or whatever because of his insane allowance (not to mention he saves like a mofo anyway). he got a car for his sweet sixteen so he can drive you around if need be! he's not really the type to pick fights with people (unless you're bullying his sister), so i'm not sure how many enemies he'll have but if you want to hate on him for being himself or something, feel free. \o/

Open/Wanted CR: any friends who can get past the first stage of friendship with him is a-okay with me. he kind of makes it ridiculously hard to break down his barriers and likes to keep people at arm's length. Pre-Incarnation: The demon lord of the mystic land of Ente Isla who was heroically defeated in his quest for world conquest. He fled to a distant world to plot his revenge and found himself in 21st century Tokyo, where he was forced to get a job at McDonald's.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Co-workers, people from upscale New York could conceivably know of him since that's where he grew up. Classmates from his brief time at Locke City University

Open/Wanted CR: Since he's starting to ACT like an overlord, I want two big kinds of CR for him: (1) People who start to mistrust him for acting vaguely sinister and ambitious. (2) People who might eventually be recruited as loyal minions/vassals.

Other Info: Despite any unnerving statements he might make or questionable methods he might use, he has no desire to actually betray the network and cause trouble. He's still a good guy.

Character: Oswald Doyle
Pre-Incarnation: Umbrael, an OC but the short version is an ancient dinosaur god of shadows. Or dragon, because that sounds cooler. But he basically is a dinosaur.

He is kind of abrasive, a little self-loathing, and tries to cling to skepticism, or at least a standard of reason ('okay yes the police and stuff are out to get us, and there's pink rock snakes out there trying to fight us, but aliens? we have to draw the line somewhere!' 'no your magic doesn't make sense that can't be -- well, okay, yes, I've seen it with my own eyes, but it's still really ridiculous').

However, is starting to come to grips with the 'being part of a secret network with the police and thunder corp and associates out to get them', and the 'you will get echoes back of your past life.' Now he's just going through distress, because he knows he's going to turn into some kind of monster. Maybe it's a leap of logic, but he's seen his shadow in an echo, he has red eyes, and he's starting to think of people as expendable. Well - he doesn't want to go out and slaughter humankind and eat them or anything, but he's able to go 'yep that person could die and the effect would be minimal'. The detachment has him on edge.

But! He's invested! So he's at least going to try to contribute somehow to the network's side. He's reluctant to go out into dangerous situations, but that's starting to get harder to do.

His inner battle between trying to avoid echoes and trying to get echoes is starting to tip in the latter's favour - it's partly a desire to be useful, the need to defend himself (a monster could do that better than an out-of-shape tech guy, right?), and deep down, a desire to just get it over with.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He works for a tech support company - he could have been contracted out to your place of business, or you could have brought your computer in for him to look over. Or you could be a co-worker, hey!

Technically speaking he went to the high school and college in Locke City, but that was years ago and he's pretty shit at keeping up with acquaintances. THAT SAID in the ~~unlikely~~ event you want your character to know Doyle from before, talk to me and I'll be happy to work something out!

Open/Wanted CR: Man oh man I need to get Doyle involved in the plot. I especially want to throw him into dangerous situations. He's going to be kind of useless at first, but with echoes he'll... be marginally less useless.

More importantly though, I need to work on finding him friends. I just got back from a hiatus that started not long after I joined the game, so I mean, this is probably going to solve itself when I get to tag out and post some more, but hey if any character out there needs a friend and is either really desperate or really tolerable of sad jerks like Doyle, we can start talking here!

So, in summary:

Past flings or police academy bros maybe? He lived in another state before this, but he's always been a member of the police force and been pretty active in bar-hopping after work SO. This also includes male strip clubs. He's had SO MANY one-night stands, so uh. If anyone feels like being an awkward ex, I am down for that.

Open/Wanted CR:
ANYTHING, HONESTLY. He's a pretty friendly guy. Flirty, too, on occasion. Positive, negative, arch rivals of karaoke?

Other Info:
He's partnered with Nick, and usually hangs off him in a lot of things. He's not-so-subtly dating a guy who's playing double-agent for the network. But he's really made no secret of the fact he's on the police force, either, so. That might come back to bite him in the well-toned ass.

Character: Lily Tsukuyomi (Yuri Tsukikage)
Pre-Incarnation: Tragedy prone magical girl who has this habit of having things she loves dying horribly. Usually vaporized.

Now a high school, soon college student who's had an otherwise normal life with her arch-rival-turned-sister in this life, Jasmine, reeling from revelations of horrible things starting to trickle in and that, yeah, she USED to be a magical girl. For real.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Straight A senior at LCHS, Lily has been pushed into tutoring students by teachers on occasion. Always up for pre-Network opportunities here, and she's been in Locke City for two years.

Open/Wanted CR: MAGICAL GIRLS AND SUPERHEROES. And anyone, really! Lily's a lot more open and generally friendly than Yuri, as she hasn't ~~yet~~ experienced any of the tragedies that caused the previous Cure Moonlight to cut herself off from the world at large. She's not a doormat, however, and like Yuri won't tolerate just straight up being a butt. Negative CR on that end is fine too, but she really would like to be friends with folks

Other Info: Things are eventually going to go south for her, a bit. How badly is going to depend on the people she has supporting her. The end of the rivalry between Moonlight and Dark Precure was one of the darker elements of her canon, and once it rears its head for Lily and Jasmine it's going to hit her in a bad way. And that's before getting to the other horrible things Yuri experienced.

But it's not all bad - any memories she regains of her HCPC teammates are generally going to be a light at the end of the tunnel in all of that, and I want to focus on her regaining her powers where I can and where fits most logically. I'm up for opportunities on that if anyone wants to help me out!

College freshman who's eternally an optimistic idiot. Forever disappointed at not having had any cool echoes yet... but he's finally beginning to get the idea that not everything is sunshine and roses here. (Not that it'll stop him from expecting the best, but hey.)

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He's a pretty outgoing and energetic guy, so it wouldn't be a stretch to assume he's met anyone in LCU or even from around the city. Or from the high school!! It hasn't been that long since he graduated.

Or maybe he can just be that guy who once made faces at you because you left something dirty somewhere.

Open/Wanted CR: Friends/friendly CR in general is cool and I'm always welcome to it. Howeverrr, Vaughn here is... well, an optimistic idiot (an... idiot in general, lbr) and I'm always very, very open to having other characters call him on his shit.

Other Info: Vaughn doesn't really have any particularly terrible things to echo back (unless you wanna count the fact that Vyse killed one of Vaughn's best friends, ha ha ha). But anyway, I do want to start having him echo back some more things and... either encourage or disabuse the idea he's gotten into his head that he was out somewhere in space.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anyone in the entertainment industry is welcome to have run into him at some point. He networks like crazy, and loves to make new connections with people. Acquaintances of any sort are great, as are students!

Open/Wanted CR: Positive CR! Negative CR! CR of mutual manipulation! Snarky, ridiculous CR! Axel tends to follow up on people, because ~*networking*~. So really, anything is awesome.

Other Info: As mentioned, Axel's begun to Echo back being a Nobody. He's gonna be getting involved with the mob at some point here. :Db He's easy to encounter at shows, and he likes to hit up bars.

Recently, Axel regained the ability to summon and control the Assassin Nobodies. He's hesitant to actually say how much control he has over them, but they can be useful for spying, killing, etc. If anyone's interested in that, let me know, and we can work towards it.

Football player turned special operations member (specifically Pararescueman) turned star of a popular children's show called "The Sunshine Farm." In spite of the unexpected popularity, he's trying to live a quiet, tranquil life. It's not working.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: BRIEF HISTORY:
football player: just over a decade ago, alistair was a star running back at one of locke city's high schools. he was offered several full scholarships, but turned them all down to join the military.
veteran: alistair spent eight years in the military (air force). he was a member of special operations; specifically, he was a pj, also known as a pararescueman.
bag boy: for the two years prior to april 2013, alistair worked as a bagger at a local grocery store. his bags were always very neatly packed, and, when he did speak, he never failed to be polite. (always a "sir" or "ma'am." always.)
the sunshine farmer: since april 2013, alistair has been the star of a childen's show called "The Sunshine Farm." although it's been on and off the air for about five years, it wasn't until alistair was cast that it became an unexpected hit.

I'm open to people from ALL STAGES of Alistair's life. All of them. The only thing to note would be that Alistair didn't get his ~~British~~ Ferelden accent until April 2013.

Open/Wanted CR: Open to negative CR, but I'd really like for him to start building some close positive CR. Alistair is at his best when he's got people he cares about, and who care about him. He's basically the most LOYAL FRIEND EVER, and gets super protective of people he cares about.

Other Info: Alistair can easily be spotted at craft shops, in baking aisles, in bookstores, looking at gardening supplies, or at a gym. He's generally polite, can initially be standoffish, but eventually warms up to people: he just has to be comfortable with the situation.

(Another heads up: Alistair went through some pretty substantial trauma while in the service. He sees his therapist once a week, but his recovery is ongoing.)

Pre-Incarnation: Garrus Vakarian.

In his past life, Garrus was an alien cop turned vigilante, turned expert advisor on these giant robot cuttlefish that were out to destroy all spacefaring life in the galaxy. He hated red tape, and broke the rules if they got in the way of JUSTICE.

Gerald ON THE OTHER HAND is an FBI agent who is all about following the rules, and believes that if we ALL JUST FOLLOW THE SYSTEM JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. He's also 99.99% human right now (with the exception of his voice, which sounds super cool ok).

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He does have a younger sister who goes to LCU. Other than that, he went to some unspecified high school in Locke City about 10 years ago, majored in Computer Engineering (also got his Master's), is a Competitive Programming enthusiast, and currently works for the FBI.

Open/Wanted CR: Pretty much ANYTHING since I'm pretty new.

Other Info: He's an FBI agent here to investigate white collar crime, so if you're a businessman/know anything about ThunderCorp... he's pretty much all ears.. Also, he's going to be working closely with the local police since the nearest FBI branch is probably all the way in Newark. Again though, I'm open to pretty much anything.

Pre-Incarnation: Chell

In her past life she was an absurdly determined test subject on the run. Nowadays she's an office monkey at Prometheus who's kind of resigned herself to the fact that her life is turning into crazyland.
She's more open, friendly and (obviously) talkative than her predecessor at present, and hasn't really tapped into that endless stubbornness.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Michelle attended LCU (communications major, class of '09), so she could easily have classmates on the network. She's lived in Locke since then, and you might have seen her around town jogging, hanging out in the coffee shops with a science magazine, or running errands. There's still space for former coworkers, roommates or exes too.

Open/Wanted CR: People to drag her out and get her motivated to actually do things would help a lot, but anything's welcome. I really slipped with activity this past month for various reasons, so she doesn't have much of anything past "casual acquaintance" level.

Other Info: She got a partially-disabled portal gun from being mugged by the Blood Keys in mid-December, which I've been meaning to have her post about.
She doesn't have any useful abilities yet since that gun only fires blue portals, but there's got to be some way to get her more involved in the plot. Hmm.
