Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

For characters of either status, toss up a comment and any information you see please; go on ahead and use this form if you'd like a place to start or take it however you feel -

Character: Kaworu Nagisa

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Private school kids who could be his classmates are always welcome. Please app Black Jack as his doctor dad

Open/Wanted CR: I don't much blatantly negative cr, so if your character is a jerk who would hate Kaworu's happy go lucky attitude they could butt heads. All cr is always welcome though, of course!!

Other Info: I DON'T HAVE MUCH TO SAY OH NO...basically Kaworu is a goober who always likes to look on the bright side of things, gives everyone advice they didn't ask for, and uses lots of Japanese emoticons. ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ He also has levitation powers he could stand to use a little more. Maybe more trouble to get into if possible?
