Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

A talking cat that has the intelligence of a human child. She'll gradually be making her way to a more highschoolish level, but for now she is generally very excitable and curious about everything! TEACH HER THE WAYS OF THE HUMANS.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She used to be a stray, people might have spotted her around town before? She's a very pretty cat.

Open/Wanted CR: Anyone who is willing to put up with a self centered but somehow endearing talking cat! Seriously, kind people, nasty people, go wild, I'm cool with it!

Other Info: She will eventually gain the power to make herself look like this (and yes, that is supposed to be high school sophomore age). People may be needed to teach her how to cross streets and use crosswalks and that sort of thing.

Maggie loves cats! She owns 5 in fact and has insured they have all the comforts they could want. She definitely would have given Mimi some food and brought her in sometimes back when she was a stray. Would you like that CR to have existed between them?

Shou is putty in the hands of a cat, more so in the hands of a talking young girl cat because of memories and also he is an animal lover and nothing gets his awe face quicker than a kitty doing kitty things.

her conversation with banagher has been hella cute! a+ would talk about family with cats all the time.

on the other hand, i'd love to have harper meet mimi too, since her canon mascot was a talking cat fairy that totally set off her fetish for cat paws. i feel like this could cause all the echoes, until she realizes that cat may be a girl her age oops.

GOOD because now she finally kind of sorta gets the definition of family. Congrats Banagher you are well on your way to becoming a kitty whisperer.

I am also totally okay with this please, give me all the CR!! She might not appreciate being touched all the time if Harper tends to be the touchy feely type, but if she's nice about it she might get away with it. It... reeeally depends on how she goes about it, hahaha. But Mimi is also a cat so she'll probably just glare for a while and then get distracted by something until the next time, rinse and repeat.

harper will probably look at her sudden obsession with paws as really alarming and try to rein herself in. ...but won't be able to resist and fawn and boop anyway, because she's never had any pets and why didn't she ever notice how cute cats were. and back off if mimi gets mad. rinse and repeat.
