Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Paragon Supreme Torin | Kyoryuger

Character: Torin
Pre-Incarnation: So he's a ridiculously old (100 million-plus years) bird-lizard-man-thing who witnessed the death of the dinosaurs at the hands of a hostile alien race, helped some surviving dinosaurs adapt into giant robots, and worked really hard to partner those dinosaurs with humans to make the Power Rangers to make a team called the Kyoryugers. He is the Paragon Supreme Torin, and he is awesome enough to back that title up.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: So he's going to be reincarnated as an escaped zoo parrot. I'm not really sure what pre-network CR that means, unless someone plays a vet or zookeeper or witnessed a parrot in the process of flying away from the zoo.

Open/Wanted CR: I have a parrot who will be getting some really bizarre echoes back (including but not limited to a giant brachiosaur robot), so anything is good.

Other Info: He's probably going to need a place to stay, and while I have had several offers on Plurk and such, I don't know where the best place for him to end up is going to be. ^^;; He will also probably freak out and have the worst echo trains if exposed to anything dinosaur-related, so that'll be fun!

Anything Else?: Seriously, this bird's going to be getting some really weird stuff back, I can't stress this enough. XD

I offered on plurk/in the test drive thread already, figured I'd mark it here, too. Julien's a possibility! Though he'll only be able to offer for so long for a while.

They should at the least get some CR when Torin's in. |D Birds of a feather?

Oh, definitely. :D He's also only going to be able to remain a serious parrot for so long, really, once some of those Echoes start kicking in.

i have been resisting the urge for kindergarten teacher/private nanny king for months but i might be very close to breaking now, god.

yoko will probably be rude at first because her last interaction with a talking bird is, uh, navi. who is way rude. but he's a totally awesome talking bird, so that'll pass. (and, of course, there's always kyoryu vs gobus to give us their actual dynamic.)

That would seriously be the best possible reincarnation for King, I'm just saying.

Hahaha, yessss, let him give everyone Navi echoes, that will be great. (And good grief, yes, that movie needs to come out so very badly if only for this sort of thing.)

king covered in small children is possibly my favorite iteration of king after "king covered in a tiny t-rex robot and also his teammates", so it seemed like the logical next step! i'm definitely holding off on him until the semester gets a little more underway, but i'm keeping him in mind.

she's such a terrible bird, but that's why i love her. (don't they know we've got rping to do, here!)

It is the most adorable version of him, yes indeed. Whatever you decide to do works, just don't overload yourself!

Ngl, now I kind of want someone to app her just for the inevitable hilarity that would result. (You'd think they'd cater more to RPers' whims, geez...)

So. Birdmen, eh? Even though Jack's coming at this from the very opposite direction, I think it might be interesting to have them chat at some point.

Oh, very much so. Especially since they're both ancient birdmen!

I think Torin is slightly ancient-er, though. Dinosaurs and all that.

The Undead got their Undeading on well after dinosaurs were a thing. Good on them, keeping things interesting in their absence!

Isaka is just a youngin' by Torin's reckoning, but hey, there's something to be said for keeping things interesting...even if it's a way of keeping things interesting that Torin would highly disapprove of.
