Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

An up and coming actress. She's actually kind of a dork despite public appearances. Pretty eccentric, over-dramatic.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Locke City born and raised, she's 23 so might have gone to school together or something! Also being an actor, possibly seen on tv or whatever? Probably also frequents various coffee shops/restaurants/etc

Other Info: she actually dresses like the icons okay

Oh hi! I remember you :D ....kinda, since I was on my way out of Route about then due to personal stuff. BUT YES, I'd love to plot something between these two.

Belphe (Belle) is currently finishing up her schooling to become a professional counselor and is in a residency at the moment where she's been seeing some patients. though idk if that would help their CR any XD
