Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Hajime's been quietly trying to do Kamen Rider patrols riding around in crazy armor aboard a fancy motorcycle...perhaps he could run into Philip that way?

There's also always Hajime's restaurant...I could maybe use the opportuniaty to echo back his canon plot device senses ability to sense levels of power and have him realize the kid's probably on the Network too...
