Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

I THINK KARA IS REALLY CUTE and would like some sort of CR! Evelyn's outgoing but mostly loud and very bossy, but is also... 15...

Aw, thank you! Kara is pretty willing to roll with most punches when it comes to those kinds of personalities, but also won't be cowed by a teenager haha. So it could work out really well or really horrible-well depending on how things go.
