Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

NICE. Should it have been fairly recently, maybe? I dunno. What's Kotetsu been up to, when would he have time for weirdo college students.

HMMM how recently? pre-network would be beeeest if possible! since kotetsu is disillusioned as hell by what he knows and wouldn't want anyone to be getting involved with the police rn u_u

before he got his numbers though he was a huge workaholic and basically spent like 90% of his free time working bc what is having a life LOL

so basically any time before april would be fab if possible!!

aaaaalso of note, he's a sergeant, not actually a detective. so if that doesn't work then Kotetsu could've just seen him around the station :|b his game bff is Nick who is a homicide detective so POSSIBILITIES :|aa

Hmm, I think that it's okay that he's a sergeant, since the purpose of a ride-along is mostly for getting an idea of law enforcement practices in general? Pre-network also works for me!

Either way, it will be something that sticks out for him, since it is him attempting to follow his first echo (specifically, it was his need to be L, but without any concept of what L is, so he just vaguely knows it is "some kind of detective".)

If it was an uneventful trip, he'll think "That was interesting, but hmm, I wonder why it didn't quite do it for me..." and probably went on a few more before deciding he didn't really want to be a police detective.

If it was eventful and dangerous, however, he'd probably have been like 'oh god scary' and decided more directly "UMM THE KIND OF DETECTIVE I WANNA BE, PROBABLY WORKS IN SECRET.... YEAH...." and it felt right! But totally not because he's a chicken or anything!
