Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Character: Reimu Hakurei
Pre-Incarnation:

The "Wonderful Shrine Maiden of Paradise," aka the grumpy, lazy and incredibly hax peacekeeper of the Glorified Youkai Nature Preserve that is Gensoukyo. Now an equally grumpy and lazy, but infinitely less hax (for now) Foreign Exchange Student who works at her relatives' Shinto Shrine in Japan town.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: People who knew her back in Japan, her relatives, particularly her baby cousin I still sort of want her to be Cirno, but she could always be someone else, maybe, or classmates who she's managed to make 'friends' with since arriving in Locke.

Open/Wanted CR: Friends, or "rivals" to bother her, people to annoy her, pretty much anything.

Other Info: Reimu is due for an upgrade to her divine power and her Yin Yang orbs sometime soon and she's also due to nearly get munched on by Shiro at some point in the near future, but otherwise I have nothing. XD;

Anything Else?: Nope

This would annoy Reimu, and thus you should do it. XD Don't worry Russel, she finds all her friends annoying to some degree. It's just the way she is.
